Home description
This beautiful villa, very well maintained, is a must for those looking for a no flaw, no worries rental. The house itself has all necessary mod cons, and is well equipped for young children with cots and high chair available. The quiet balconies and terraces allow a private area for a quick relax alone away from the rest of the party, some with a glimpse of the sea. The private gym and sauna are a healthy get-away.
The grounds are fully enclosed and property not overlooked so long days and evenings can be spent around the pool without a care in the world. The large pool is surrounded by lush greenery and Mediterranean plants providing a few shady spots out of the hot sun.
The many terraces are well equipped and a comfortable dining area is provided for al fresco dining.

The Provence Alpes Cote d'Azur / Alpes-Maritimes region
The Cote d'azur stretches along the warmest coastline of France from Provence to the Italian border. The beaches from pebble to fine sand are well maintained and some 'private' offer extra facilities, bars and restaurants for a whole days comfortable seaside lounging! Gastronomy is at its best catering for some of the most prestigious clients but offering many choices of restaurant all along the coast.
The bustling cities of Cannes and Nice contrast to the small and still authentic perched villages on the hilltops, and other smaller towns offer quiet corners with dotted villas and yet still most interesting town centres alive with artistic history and tradition. Further north the terraced hillsides lead up into cooler parts and the Alps can be seen towering above. Hiking and walking as well as many watersports on the lakes will be amongst activities here away from the busier coasts.
St Paul de Vence / Vence area
St Paul is a beautiful medieval fortified village perched on the hillside surrounded by lush green woods. A maze of cobbled streets, boutiques, celebrated restaurants and of course artisanal studios retracing similar paths taken by Matisse.
Braque and the Russian born Chagall who is buried in the cemetery. The village houses the Maeght foundation - a modern and contemporary art gallery only 800 metres from the villa. 10 km from Cagnes, 20 km from Antibes, 25 km from Cannes, 20 km from Nice.

Closest airport: Nice 20 km Budget airline: Easy jet.
Marseille airport - a little over 2 hours, Easy jet and Ryan air. The drive down from the UK via Lyon and Aix en Provence can take around 14 - 16 hours on average. Ferries from the Marseille to other mediterranean countries such as Tunisia, Italy.
Local transport - bus service runs along most of the coast and to St Paul. Buses from Cannes, Nice.
