How to get there
By car take the highway A8 exit 47 Villeneuve-Loubet. Follow Vence, not St-Paul de Vence. At the roundabout by the Firestation, take direction Vence again. After about 1,5 km, go to the left, follow Chemin de la Pouchounière . At the first crossing, go to the right, you will be on the Chemin du Malvan, after 2km, accros the river, you will reach n° 3217 and the The Bastides des Orangers. The gate opens to the outside, please mind the yellow stripes on the ground which show where you have to stop, go to the last house, n° 8. You can park in front of the door.

Further details indoors: Fully equipped house. 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Spacious, light and welcoming interior. Independent kitchen. All the rooms downstairs have access to the terrace and enjoy much natural light. A very comfortable house.
Further details outdoors: The garden, a long terrace and a freshly cut lawn are there for you to enjoy an delightful outdoor experience anytime of the year. The garden furniture, a long table, wooden chairs, sun loungers and the BBQ should help you enjoy long days outdoor, mostly in the sun. Swimming pool and tennis court are communal but as the property only tells 8 houses of which only 2 are rented, the swimming pool and tennis court will more look like a private pool and a private tennis court. The pool is surrounded by a terrace with sun loungers. Parking facilities are: the garage, 1 parking place in front of the garage and 1 in front of the house. All are secure parking places.

This holiday accommodation is the best we have ever been to! First of all we would like to thank you the owner of the house for the courtesy and his interest for our wellbeing during our visit. We were a family travelling with two children (ages 1 and 5) and my mother-in-law. The house was beautiful outside and inside. All the furniture and equipment were new. The air-conditioning was functioning perfectly. Every bedroom had its own bathroom. They were all (especially the biggest one) tastefully decorated with a minimalist style. Our children especially loved the garden, which was safe for children and carefully maintained. We all loved the pool area which was marvellous and during the whole week clean! We used the barbecue several times during the week and had nice al-fresco dining. The whole area around the house was clean and nice. There was no noise at all and the house was very peaceful. We slept well in this house. The house is located not far away from St Paul de Vence: We would still recommend to rent a car (we had a car). The path from the house to the village is very steep and if you go for a dinner to the village you need a flashlight to find your way back to the house;) We would absolutely recommend this house to anyone seeking a high quality holiday."

"We just spent a wonderful week at this lovely house! The house was spotlessly clean. The garden was beautiful and well-maintained. It was absolute silence at night. The house is in a little country. The location of the house was gread for exploring the area -- close to Cannes, Nice, St. Paul etc. The town of St. Paul de Vence was the highlight of our visit. Such a beautiful place high in the hills. The walk their from the house is challenging (straight uphill), but much quicker than driving. I would highly recommend this house!"

"My wife and our 3 children spent a wonderful week in this property. The drive from the airport was short and the directions were perfect. We were met by Nathalie who showed us around the house and then led us to the nearest supermarket which is only a short drive away. The house was most comfortable, nicely decorated and very clean. We cannot fault it in any way. The weather was beautiful and we spent 7 lovely days enjoying the pool, the tennis court, the garden and eating out in the patio area most evenings. St Paul de Vence is a 10 minute walk up a steep hill but the walk is more than worth it as the Village is such a beautiful place. My wife and i did the walk up and round the village every morning before breakfast,a great start to the day. There was even a 20 minute firework display in the village on our second night which the kids thoroughly enjoyed. I would certainly recommend that you try this property and enjoy the peace, quiet and beauty of St Paul de Vence. We loved it!"
