Surrounded by nature in a conservation area, the villa offers total privacy and quietness. It is only 1,5 km to the local village of St Jeannet and 6 km to Vence and Saint Paul de Vence. The nearest supermarket is 2 km and the airport is a convenient 14 km.

The Provence Alpes Cote d'Azur / Alpes-Maritimes region
The St Jeannet & Vence region is situated 12 km from Nice international air port with a breth takeing view over the Riviera. The region also probably offers the best climate all year arround, as it is sheltered from the mistral wind by the mountains in the hinter land that created a unique micro climat ( particulary during fall, winter and spring when the mistral blows strongly) and is only 15 min away from the sea side. The property is Situated at 395 m above sea level on a slope with a dominant south position over looking the riviera, with a 2000 m2 easily maintained garden on several levels. 1/3 consists of a grass lawn with an automatic watering system with Roses, Oleander, Jasmin, Caprifoul, Camelia, Rosemary, Lavender, Lemon and Mandarin trees and other flowering shrubs. The other 2/3 is a natural garden with oak trees and local wild flowers.
St Paul de Vence / Vence area
St Jeannete is a butifull Provencal villae dateing back to the 11th centuri. It offers a variation of local restaurants. Vence situated next to St Jeannete ( 5 km) is a wounderfull town ( 16.000 inhab) with lots of Restaurants, shops and things to do & see. Afurther 4 km away you find St Paul de Vence, an artistic village that has to be visited. From My villa you have several walking track, that takes you arround the aerea and the beautiful nature. Ideal for biking & walking. There are lots of thing to se and museums (maties, Chagall, Picasso, Monet...) to visit, art collections...... etc.

Fly or drive to Nice, then continue to Vence and St Jeannete by car, taxi or bus.

All prices are per week for the number of occupants ( max 6 pers) agreed up on when reserving the villa,. The swimming pool is in principal available from May 01 to Mid October.
Security deposit eur 300 to cover accidental damages is payable at arrival and will be returned on departure if no damage is done to the villa and it's content.
Services included in the rental price: Meet and greet service upon arrival The use of the villa with all it's facilities for up to 6 persons, water, clean linen and towels for 6 persons at arrival, normal wear and tear, satellite television, radio and cd, Wi Fi internet connection, fully equipped kitchen.
Weekly maintenance of pool and Garden.
The pool is closed between October 15 and May 01, pending wether. However a separate agreement can be made upon request prior to arrival.
Fire wood for the sauna and open fire place, washing powder for washing machine and dish washer...etc is at the expense of the renter.
Additional Charge from 15 Octoberr - 01 May for: Electricity and Heating eur115/week for normal consumption.In 2008 this will be eur 125/week.
General change over cleaning on departure eur160/rental payable on arrival.In 2008 this will be eur 170/rental.
Reservation deposit: 20 % (non refundable) on reservation, 50 % 60 days in advance, and 100 % 30 days in advance.
Cancellation fees: 50 %, 60 days in advance, 100 % 30 days in advance.
We are also at your disposal at any time when needed to make sure that your stay will be a pleasant one.
Bring your mobile, as no phone lines are available in the house unless pre agreed with the owner.
