This large private villa with private heated swimming pool, set in a peaceful location just outside the pretty 'perched' village of Tourrettes-sur-Loup, is the perfect place to experience real Provencal living.
Large and airy, each of the 4 bedrooms have their own private terrace, balcony or patio leading onto the luscious gardens, terraces and heated pool.
Close to the beaches of Nice and Antibe, you can also sample the nearby delights of the Riviera, Monaco and Italy.
A wonderful family villa with all the amenities to really enjoy your holiday. Managing agent (English) lives nearby to answer your queries, solve any problems. There is a gardener and pool man (English) who attend the grounds and pool.
Children are able to use the grounds to the maximum as there are many different areas, from casual grass to play areas. The pool is very large by private pool standards and the heating can be adjusted to suit.

The Provence Alpes Cote d'Azur / Alpes-Maritimes region
Mid-way between Nice and Cannes the region is ideal for those seeking Riviera charm with the space and seclusion of a private villa and pool. Visit Nice for its Promenade des Anglais and Cannes for its elegant Croisette. Take in a concert all year round in fashionable Monaco with its casinos and ever popular Grand Prix.
The lovely beaches of Antibes or Nice are a 30 minute car ride and Cannes can also be reached in just half an hours drive. There are several golf courses located nearby and Greoliere is great for skiing located 40 minutes away and popular with the locals.
St Paul de Vence / Tourettes sur Loup area
A car is essential to enjoy the benefits that the local area offers. There are a number of supermarkets within a 20 minute drive and the village of Tourrettes sur Loup has local craft shops as well as the typical baker, butcher and greengrocer. There is a market every Wednesday in the village square. The local bars and restaurants are renowned in the area and there is plenty of opportunity for al fresco eating and drinking, whils watching the locals and the regular boules activity.
St. Paul de Vence is a 20 minute drive. Nice, Monaco and Italy are all within easy driving distance. Explore the Riviera or simply relax by the pool with a glass of the something sparkling!
How to get there
Airlines: easyjet, BMI, BA, Flybe Car Hire: Hertz, Avis, Autocars DIRECTIONS - FROM AIRPORT: Take the A8 autoroute in the direction of Cannes. Exit 48 at Cagnes sur Mer/Villeneuve-Loubet (exit 47 if coming from eastward from Cannes). After 200 metres there is a roundabout, go straight over in the direction of Vence/La Colle/St Paul, the road is called Avenue des Alpes (D436). Turn left at the lights by the flyover at Cagnes and go straight in the direction of Vence. You will come to a roundabout and go straight again, in the direction of Vence. After 600m you come to another roundabout with a Peugeot Ortelli garage on the left. (Approx 5km total from motorway).
Take the second exit towards La Colle S Loup/St Paul on the D436. After 1.7km there is another roundabout where again take the second exit (D436) direction Bar S Loup/Chateauneuf de Grasse. After 300 metres there is a T-junction where you turn right, continue for 100 metres and there is another roundabout. Take the second exit joining the D6 direction Chateauneuf de Grasse/Bar sur Loup. Follow this road for 3.2 km where there is a fork and you keep to the right in the direction of Pont du Loup/Greolieres. After exactly 9.2km turn right into Clos Les Valettes. (Clos Les Vallettes is number 1145 on the D6 which indicates that it is 1145 metres from Pont du Loup. The number immediately before Clos Les Vallettes, coming from La Colle, is 1165.) La Colle is the first villa on the right.

Further details outdoors: The grounds extend to over an acre and are filled with olives, citrus trees, shrubs and grassed terraces. There are 3 large palm trees which shade the pool area. The large outdoor heated swimming pool (13m x 8m) with a diving board (depth 7 feet) is alarmed for safety and is surrounded by grass and tiled areas. The summer kitchen is equipped with BBQ, seating for all guests. Additional seating area overlooking the pool with table and chairs for all guests. Sunloungers for all guests. Table tennis table. Boules area. There is an outside drive and parking area for numerous cars and the drive has additional secure parking.
