Kermarch is part of a small hamlet in a lovely rural area of Brittany, but only a 5 minute drive to a village with all amenities.
The well presented houses are ideally located on the site, and offer great accommodation for large family groups or friends to holiday together but not feel you are on top of each other with lots of outdoor space for young children and not so young adults to let off steam.
The large heated, fenced swimming pool ( 12m X 6m) has roman steps and graduated depth from 1 metre to just under 2.
We try to cater as much as possible for families with children and within the grounds are a large trampoline with safety net, table tennis,badminton, Little Tikes log cabin,climbing frame,activity centre with slide,and a swing and slide with rope ladder.
We are only 40 minutes drive from the coast and only 15 minutes away from the largest lake in Brittany with beaches,restaurants and watersports.

The Brittany / Cotes-D'Armor region
Kermarch is only 30 minutes from Saint Brieuc on the North coast.There are many beaches under an hour away including the huge sandy beach at Plenéuf Val André, Binic and Les Rosaires. Not to be missed is a trip to Mont Saint Michel an hour and a half away
St Nicolas du Pelem / Kermarch area
Kermarch is only 15 minutes drive away from the largest man made lake in Europe Lac Guerlédan which offers many watersports including sailing,canoe:kayak,water skiing,pedaloes,swimming, fishing,boat trips etc as well as beaches and restaurants. For four or five evenings in early August every year the Abbey Bon Repos on the banks of the Nantes / Brest canal has its spectacle "son et lumiere"A fantastic night out, once seen never forgotten!!
