Saut Pans is a splendid ground floor conversion and extension of an eighteenth century period house with its own private garden which proves to be a sun trap in this dry part of the country. This self catering property is an ideal home for those who wish to spend time by the sea in a picturesque fishing village. Saut Pans retains lots of character and charm, and provides extremely spacious accommodation for four people.

St Monans is one of a number of small fishing villages in the stunningly scenic East Neuk of Fife, a truly beautiful unspoilt corner of Scotland. Saut Pans is just around the corner from the small idyllic working harbour and from the cottage it is a short stroll to the local amenities within this charming village. St Monans is recognized as probably the most typical fishing village in the East Neuk of Fife and has all the character and architecture of a close knit fishing community.

With a popular coastal walk passing the front door, Saut Pans is an ideal base to explore the wonderful scenery. It is also suited to those who wish to relax. Golfers are spoilt for choice with many top golf courses within easy reach. The famous old town of St Andrews, traditionally known as the "Home of Golf" is only 10 miles away. St Monans

St Monans is one of a number of small fishing villages in the picturesque East Neuk of Fife. Saut Pans is just around the corner from the harbour and with the well known coastal path passing by the front door of the cottage, it is an ideal base to explore this fascinating area.

There are numerous pubs and restaurants in the area to suit all budgets and tastes, with an award winning seafood restaurant 100 yards away.

The fishing village of Pittenweem (next village you come to walking the coastal path) is the venue for the well acclaimed Arts festival every August
