This fabulous property is a ground floor apartment in a traditional fisherman's cottage in St Monans, aptly named East Pier View for its unrivalled vista across the quaint pier of this popular East Neuk fishing village. It is extremely spacious and equipped to a luxurious standard, with paintings by the owner adorning the walls and a colour scheme which perfectly complements the seaside setting. The house is located on the harbour front and there is ample parking to the front of the property. Thanks to its the size and location, it would particularly appeal to couples looking for a relaxing coastal escape.

On arriving at the property the front door leads to a small vestibule for coats and shoes. As you continue into the house, you will find the open plan sitting/dining room and kitchen area. Beautifully finished, this is a lovely, comfortable space for relaxing or entertaining. The kitchen is very well equipped with fridge / freezer, hob and electric oven, microwave, kettle and plenty of cutlery and utensils. The dining table seats four and is the perfect place to enjoy a meal with the sun streaming in from the window which overlooks the harbour.

If relaxing is the order of the day then there is a comfortable sofa and arm chairs to wind down in and a TV with Freeview to keep you entertained. The house is decorated throughout with charming references to fishing and the sea which are, in themselves, lovely to admire. Just off the open plan living space is a convenient WC with toilet and wash hand basin.

Bedroom - The bedroom has a super comfy kingsize bed. The view is to the front and out to sea, and enjoys the same sunny benefits as the living room. There is plentiful wardrobe and cupboard space for all your items.

Bathroom - The door to the bathroom is off the main bedroom. This luxurious bathroom has a bath with shower over, toilet and wash hand basin. Again, it is sympathetically decorated in nautical style but at the same time very modern and appealing - the

perfect place for a long soak in a hot bath.
