Further details indoors: The house is divided in two floors. Downstairs is the kitchen opened to the dining & living room which has a beautiful terrace with outstanding views of the sea. In the livingroom there´s a nice log fire for chilly nights.There´s also a guest bathroom with no shower. On the upper floor there are 2 bedrooms. The main bedroom has a terrace with views of the sea and also a window overlooking the mediterranean pines. The secondary bedroom is very big and has two beds and views to the pine forest. There is a bathroom with a bath and a shower.
Further details outdoors: The house is situatet in an adjacent complex of six houses, but boasts complete independence and silence. It has two terraces with incredible views over the island

1000€ deposit for possible damages that will be returned within two weeks of your departure after checking out of the condition and inventory of the property. 20% of final total rent should be paid 4 weeks in advance when possible.
