About the home

A wonderful, secluded, country villa with a chilled-out atmosphere. Originally a Finca, it has been decorated to a high standard in a french provincial style with a feel of Bali creeping in.

The house is surrounded by extensive and numerous gardens and secluded terraces, making this an idyllic place to relax in the shade and escape and giving a varied choice for alfresco dining. The pool area is surrounded by lush gardens, sparkling fountains and chill-out areas plus a bar to relax with a cocktail at sunset.

There is a local family beach at San Miguel Port, about a ten minute drive away, but you can also visit Benirras, one of the most beautiful sandy beaches on the island.

The Ibiza region

A former hippy retreat in the 50's, Ibiza became famous for its wild clubs and second-to-none music scene. However, there is so much more to island than this. It is the nearest island to the mainland, and has exquisite coves and beaches, most of which are all but deserted even during the summer and is perfect for a family holiday or a romantic getaway. Inland the landscape is hilly, with tiny hamlets dotted around the thickly wooded terrain, perfect for hiking or cycling holidays. Ibiza Town, about a 25 minute drive, has great boutiques and a market in the port area, which remain open until late at night. The best beaches are Ses Salines and Es Cavellet. Away from the buzz of the bars and clubs, Ibiza Town has a beautiful and peaceful and very historic Old Town to be explored, with fine restaurants and great views of the town from the top of the fortified walls....

The St Miguel area

Situated in the hills of the picturesque Mediterranean landscape of north Ibiza. Ibiza is one of the four Balearic Islands situated in the Meditterean sea off the Spanish coast. It can be reached in about 3 hours by boat and half an hour by plane from the Spanish mainland. There are direct flights from most european cities.

Ryan Air, Easyjet and BA, amongst others, fly to Ibiza throughout the late spring and Summer but during the late Autumn and Winter months you may have to fly via Barcelona or Madrid. They arrive into Ibiza Airport which is approximately 25 mins from the villa. Taxis are always easily available.
