It has been converted into a comfortable and stylish property of generous proportions with much attention to detail. It is situated in a great location for exploring Cornwall with many tourist attractions, beaches, fishing villages and ports such as Padstow, Rock and Newquay all no more than 30 minutes away.
The village of St Mawgan is perfectly situated between Mawgan Porth and Watergate Bay where you can enjoy the Extreme Sports Academy and Jamie Oliver inspired Fifteen restaurant. St Mawgan really is a beautiful Cornish village lying in a peaceful valley near the North Cornish coast. With the local shop providing picnics for days out, several craft shops and antique shops, village green, river running through the village, three beautiful churches, a riding stables nearby, and the award winning Falcon Inn pub offering fantastic food and drinks, this really is a perfect location.
The welcome pack is a treat and includes; Tea, coffee, milk, juice, wine, cheese and snacks. Fresh flowers are also out on arrival for guests and the cottage is dressed for Christmas.
