Accessed via a spiral staircase, the self catering apartment’s living area comprises of, a cream leather corner sofa and scatter rugs forming the seating area, a dining table seating four, located close to the Spanish style balcony, whilst the bedroom space is located to the rear, as is the galley style kitchen and breakfast bar. Accessed from the hallway and separate from the living area is a generous shower room and WC.

Even if you have emailed a Reservation Enquiry, we must receive your booking in writing on our booking form together with a deposit of 30% of the total rent; the balance of your rent being due 4 weeks before your holiday starts. Non-payment of the balance of the rent by the due date shall be construed as a cancellation of the contract.
In the event of a cancellation we will make every effort to re-let the apartment, in which case all monies will be returned to you less a small administration fee, if appropriate. However, if we are unable to re-let you will be liable for the full cost of the holiday. We therefore strongly recommend that you take out cancellation insurance.

Lettings commence at 3.30pm on the first day of your holiday & end at 10am on the day of departure. Change over day is Friday for Harbourside & Sail Loft and Saturday for Harvest & Drift.

The best preserved and most elaborately decorated of Henry VIII's
coastal fortresses, St Mawes was built to counter invasion threats from
France and Spain. Its counterpart is Pendennis, on the other side of
the Fal estuary.The clover-leaf shaped fort fell easily to
landward attack by Parliamentarian forces in 1646, and was not properly
refortified until the late 19th and early 20th centuries. Other coastal
forts built by Henry VIII include Portland, Deal and Walmer Castles.
