This Netherlands holiday home is a family house, near to the sea, dunes, forest and swimming pool. The property has 3 bedrooms and a garden terrace, there is also a big playground for the children nearby.
The holiday property is set in Sint Maartenszee, a little village only 2 km of the beach and the North coast of Holland.

The Northern Holland / North Holland region
This region is lovely in spring, with all the fields flowering, tulips, hyacints, narcisses, crocusses etc., all the lovely colours you can see from the back garden. The sea is very near and the dunes are lovely for a walk or a bike-ride. Also in winter it is impressive to look at the sea when there are storms.
It is only 1 hour to Amsterdam, 30 min to Alkmaar and Den Helder, and the landscape of Noord-Holland is lovely. Many lovely towns, like Alkmaar, Schagen and Amsterdam, within 1 hour to get there.
St Maartenszee area
Sint Maartenszee is a lovely place for your holiday as it has something to offer for everyone. In Spring, the bulb fields with their vibrant colours, will take your breath away.
In Autumn, you can enjoy invigorating walks along the beach and return to a welcoming fire in your bungalow, whilst in winter, a nice range of walks in the woodlands await you.
And then of course in Summer, there are many activities for young and old alike; - swimming, sunbathing at the beach or cycling and walking routes. There is also a whole array of lovely villages dotted around who offer all kinds of activities.
All in all; this area has lots to offer for every moment of your holiday.

Trains go to Alkmaar, then take the bus to St Maartenszee or drive all the way with your own car.
