Location, location, location... Look all you want but you'll be hard pressed to find a deal like this in the prestigious guard gated community of Terres Basses, the “French Lowlands” of St Martin. Yes, you've discovered a rare little gem indeed! Monchal is a charming, romantic, immaculately maintained St. Martin vacation rental that is perfect for honeymooners or the honeymooner at heart!

This sweet 3-bedroom villa offers a lower rate for use of 2 bedrooms (the 3rd bedrooms is not used) for 4 persons. Please see rates below!!

Monchal offers privacy and comfort for 1 or 2 couples and even has a 3rd smaller bedroom so it will sleep up to 5 persons (additional fees apply). The terrace and pool are surrounded by lush vegetation affording the privacy lovers need.

There are no ocean views, but the convenience of having gorgeous Plum Bay beach just 145 easy yards away makes up for it. This beach is all about natural beauty and is similar to the beaches found on St Barths. On most days you may find yourselves alone on this stretch of soft white sand and the warm Caribbean Sea. Tres chic!

This newly renovated and tastefully decorated cottage offers a comfortably furnished air-conditioned living room, a very well-equipped

kitchen, and a very spacious, oh so comfy and relaxing outdoor living area which overlooks the 13’ x 26’ pool! The villa has 2 master suites, each with king bed and ensuite bathrooms with double sinks and showers. One is just off the living room in the main house, and the other is in a separate bungalow on the terrace. This allows for good privacy for 2 couples traveling together. The villa also has smaller bedroom in the main house which has a full-size bed. There is also a 3rd bathroom which is located on the other side of the living room.

The laid-back indoor-outdoor feel of Monchal will inspire true relaxation in a tranquil, peaceful setting. Monchal makes it the ideal vacation escape for a couple, 2 couples, or a small family. If you are on a budget, Monchal simply can’t be beat!!
