We would love to welcome you to our beautiful Victorian ground floor apartment with large private garden, just a few minutes walk to the beach. With grand high ceilings, large windows, bespoke shutters and luxury fitted carpets this light and airy apartment is welcoming, yet has a quirky feel. Lolly's place would be perfect for a couples retreat or for a family wanting a break by the sea, as there is so much on offer in the area.
A good size double bedroom, bathroom with both bath and shower, kitchen and large lounge provide you with all the amenities you would need for a stay in 1066 country. The lounge has a Victorian day bed, which can sleep an extra two guests if required.
There is much to explore around the area, but if you fancy staying in there are numerous entertainment options for you, to include
a flat screen TV with freeview, wireless broadband, DVD and Blu ray player with a selection of DVDs, board games, puzzles and cards to keep you entertained. If you like to read, a selection of books and magazines are also on offer.

Located in 1066 country, St Leonards on Sea is a lovely town, buzzing with history just a short distance away from Hastings and Bexhill. There is something here for everyone; beautiful scenery with walking and cycling paths, art galleries, antique dealers, theatres, coastal attractions, famous restaurants and much more. The historic town of Battle is also close, allowing you to explore the history of the area more thoroughly.
If you were staying for a longer period of time and wanted to explore further, day trips could comfortably include destinations such as Brighton, Lewes, Eastbourne, Rye, Royal Tunbridge Wells, as well as more quaint towns and villages inbetween.
St Leonards on Sea
A 10-15 minute walk east along the coast from St Leonards on Sea, takes you to Hastings. Hastings is a buzzing town with plenty to keep you busy throughout your stay. From coastal walks, historical tours to art galleries and the traditional seaside amusements, this location has something for everyone.
Hastings is a good size town, with a shopping area, cinema, tourists attractions and a full length of accessible beach. Adjacent to the town centre is Hasting's old town, home to the old fisheries and a range of traditional shops/pubs and cafes. Within this area there is a Fisherman's museum, Blue Reef Aquarium and the entrance to the old smugglers caves if you fancy stepping back in time to undercover the caves dark secrets. It is also home to the famous Maggie's fish and chip restaurant, but bookings need to be taken in advance because it gets very busy.
If you enjoy walking Alexandra Park and the old Queen Victoria gardens are a short distance away from the apartment and are both worth a visit.
