Home description
Atlantic View is a truly magnificent example of how to renovate a neglected Victorian property and transform it into a superbly appointed holiday home. Built in 1860 for the Captain of the local tin mine, the house has glorious views of the Atlantic Ocean from almost every window. Tucked into the hillside overlooking the hamlet of Carnyorth, this majestic granite property occupies a commanding position with uninterrupted views of the western approaches.

The West Country / Cornwall region
The West Cornwall area is a premier holiday destination and offers something for everyone. Take your time to relax and bask in the sunshine, enjoying many of the golden beaches that adorn the West Cornwall coastline or take a relaxing walk through the lush moorland or a more energetic hike through the clifftops which will give you access to amazing scenery and you may be lucky enough to catch a glimpse of dolphins playing in the Ocean.
Picturesque villages dot this area and there is always something happening in the summer months that range from local festivals to outdoor activities. There is an abundance of culture, heritage and spirit in this area. Sample the wonderful Cornish cuisine in one of the many traditional English pubs or watch the sun set whilst enjoying cream tea and cakes in one of the many cafes. This area is also a must for shoppers with its mix of big name retail outlets and smaller eclectic shops.
Whether you are looking for an action packed holiday or somewhere to get away from it all, West Cornwall is an ideal destination for any type of holidaymaker.
St Just area
St. Just is Cornwall's most westerly town and is situated next to Cape Cornwall. This area is great for walkers, wildlife watchers or those wanting a beach holiday in one of the most beautiful regions in England.
St. Just was once a centre for copper and tin mining and the local medieval church dates back to around the 5th century, stone inscriptions spelling the first two letters of the Greek word for Christ can still be seen. In Bank Square you can find the remains of a round amphitheatre which would have been used in the Middle Ages for games, plays and other events.
Local attractions such as the Eden Project are easily accessible from St. Just or why not take a pleasure flight around the stunning Isle of Scilly.
