St Just area

St. Just was once a centre for copper and tin mining and the local medieval church dates back to around the 5th century , stone inscriptions spelling the first two letters of the Greek word for Christ can still be seen. In Bank Square you can find the remains of a round amphitheatre which would have been used in the Middle Ages for games, plays and other events.
The town of St. Just ' the most westerly in Britain ' has also recently undergone somewhat of a recent transformation with a huge EU grant to update and enhance the town amenities, lighting, pavements and communal areas ' the result of which is that St. Just is now very much in demand as the fashionable place to stay!
Local attractions such as the Eden Project are easily accessible from St. Just or why not take a pleasure flight around the stunning Isle of Scilly.
