This house is a lovely barn conversion, providing compact family accommodation, which would be ideal for 4 people (although it can fit 6, making use of the sofa bed in the upstairs lounge/bedroom).

The local town, St Just, is a 10 minute walk up the lane and has all the amenities you could need: Co-op supermarket, two butchers, bakers, green-grocers, 5 pubs, excellent fish and chips (local fish), cafes and newsagents.

I am offering you my family home for your holiday - my aim is for you to enjoy your stay in this lovely part of the country as much as I enjoy living here! Lots of helpful local information (as well as useful bits of equipment) along with a warm welcome await you here at Phoenix Barn in the Cot Valley, just outside St Just (and on the Phoenix Barn website). Pets are welcome, incidentally!

Internal accommodation is as follows: front door to porch leading into living room with connected conservatory area. This room has terracotta tiles, with Afghan rugs, an oil-fired Aga and dishwasher, dining table, sofa, easy chairs and satellite TV. There is a door to the stairs and downstairs loo/shower. Upstairs are a bathroom, two small bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with twin beds (can become double), and a lounge with a double sofa bed.

The cottage has a small terrace garden with lovely inland views. The Scilly Isles can (sometimes) be seen across the sea from the front of the property. There is off road car parking.

There is a larger shared garden available on request.

"Loved cottage, great place to relax"

Location rural with fab walks but not far form village. Owner of cottage friendly and helpful. Took our dog when staying and cottage easy to have a dog . Would return , if ever in area .
