Ideal for "Summer Break" or base for exploring the Parc Naturel and Limoges. Outdoor pursuits abound: fishing, cycling, lakes, rivers, walking, golf, horse riding. Tennis and swimming pool are less than 10 minutes drive away. Close to the beautiful Vienne river and the world renowned porcelain centre of Limoges.

The Limousin / Auvergne / Haute-Vienne region

A land of lakes, woodland and Chateaux studded with inviting traditional villages and towns offering unhurried hospitalty and a relaxing approach to life. St Junien / St Cyr area

Ideally situated to explore Limoges (the world famous porcelain centre) and its range of shops, restaurants and sights. Close to St Junien and Rochechouart which both offer a range of cultural activities, fine architecture and glimpses of traditional France. The preserved village of Oradour Sur Glane is a short drive away.St Cyr has its own general store, restaurant , cafe bar and coiffure.

-Close to Limoges Airport (18km) served by Ryanair wirth direct flights from East Midlands, Liverpool & Stansted.

-Full car hire facilties available at the airport.

-2 hours from Bordeaux and Poitiers Airports.

-6 hour drive from St Malo , Caen and Le Havre. 7 hours from Calais.

- Strictly no smoking except in the garden/outside.

- Refundable breakages deposit of €150 required on payment of balance, to be refunded within two weeks of your departure (subject to satisfactory property inspection),

- Gite to be left in condition it was found. If not clean and tidy on departure or if you would prefer to have it cleaned a €50 cleaning fee will be charged - to be deducted from refundable breakages deposit.

- Check in after 2pm on arrival date (or by prior arrangement with the owners).

- Check-out by Midday of departure date.

- a non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total amount is required at the time of booking. Balance due 2 weeks before rental period starts.
