If you want to visit local restaurants and nightlife, then Cannes, Theoule Sur Mer, La Napoule and Frejus are only a short drive away. Within a 10 minute drive, you can visit castles, mountain villages, restaurants, pubs, shopping centres and of course the beaufiful mediterranean beachfront.
How to get there
Fly cheaply to Nice airport and pick up a rental car for your stay. It's only a 35 minute drive to our mountain and sea view villa, just 10 minutes drive from the beach. From the airport, take the A8 just past Cannes and turn off at the Mandelieu exit. From there, follow the RN7 to St Jean de Cannes to our private hilltop community. The ground level has a large dining room, lounge and kitchen area - all of which open onto a beautiful terrace which overlooks the sea and Esterel mountains. The villa has traditional high ceilings and beautiful wooden beams which add a warm, cosy feeling to it. With ample indoor / outdoor seating, there is plenty of room to relax and enjoy the magnificent scenery. A toilet and children's bedroom are also on this level, as well as a terrace for outdoor dining. From the terrace, you can watch the weekly summer fireworks displays over Antibes, Cannes and La Napoule.
Rooftop Scenery
On the upper level, there are two double bedrooms, both of which have en suites. A large terrace from one opens out above the roofline, providing even further views of the sea and mountains.
Open Living
On the lower level, there are 2 master bedrooms, as well as a summer kitchen / lounge. Each bedroom has an en suite and opens out through large patio doors to the swimming pool and sun bathing area. The super-master bedroom has a super-king sized bed with walk-in wardrobe and built in shower room.
In all, there are 4 double bedrooms and beds, a double sofa bed and children's room.
Further details outdoors: With off street parking in a friendly neighbourhood, it's a fun and enjoyable place to visit.
The Pool Area
A multi-level swimming pool is provided, with spectacular views of the mountains and sea.
The Sun Deck
Alongside the pool, there is a sun deck with loungers ready for you to top up your tan.
The BBQ Area
If you want to eat outdoors, there is a sheltered area, a large table and chairs, and a gas BBQ.
The Forest
In front of the pool area, there are steps leading down into the national forest park. With more than a dozen walks locally, it's a great place to take time out and experience the wildlife.
Indoor & Outdoor Living
With summer and winter kitchens, an outside BBQ, bedrooms that open onto terraces and 3 large entertainment areas - this villa offers some of the best indoor and outdoor living available on the med.
