Welcome! This is a two bedroom holiday villa situated in Fitts Village on the spectacular West Coast of Barbados.
It is one of fourteen homes just two miles away from Sandy Lane on a gated estate. They are set in tropical gardens with a shared pool. The villas were completed in 2007 so everything is new! We are situated in quiet Fitts Village just 250 metres back from the beach, The villa has been fitted out with everything that you need to enjoy your stay here. If you enjoy nightlife Holetown or Bridgetown are close by for late night entertainment. You are within easy reach of The Oval cricket ground, Polo, Golf Clubs and many other attractions.
The villa is the perfect way to wind down your fun packed days of golfing, diving, swimming etc. Enjoy the sunsets from the balconies, cool off in the pool or listen to the whistling frogs and crickets while tasting Bajan rum. Pure ambience!

The St James Parish region
The spectacular west coast of barbados has endless, magnificent white sandy beaches with a calm warm turquoise caribbean sea. There are many cultural attractions to discover from architecture to rum making. it is famous for it's year-round sunshine.
The average year round temperature is 28 degrees. there are so many activities to take part in. golf, cricket, tennis,all forms of water sports from snorkeling to scuba diving or deep sea fishing. Go horse riding, watch polo,horse racing and many more attractions. Many famous restaurants overlook the beaches with their world class menus.
A car is not essential because you can travel on the local buses or hail a Taxi.The barbadian people are very friendly and helpful.
Fitts Village area
There is a large supermarket in Fitts Village. It is about a five minute walk away. Opposite the supermarket on the beach is the well-known Italian Restaurant ‘Il Tempio’ with a very good beach bar for day time use. There are many restaurants on the main coast road leading into Holetown including the legendary ‘Cliff’ ‘Cocomos’ and ‘Blue Monkey’ restaurants.
For golfers there is the Sandy Lane and Royal Westmoreland golf resorts all within six miles, Sandy Lane being the venue for Tiger Wood’s wedding. There is also the Barbados Golf Club on the south coast.
For cricket fans the Kensington Oval is only three miles away. The beaches on Sundays are the best places to see the locals play.
There are many dive sites located along the west coast. There is no shortage of PADI instructors on the coast. They can arrange dives ranging from the beginners to the experienced. Holetown has ‘West Side Scuba Centre’ There are four Polo grounds in Barbados, the nearest, two miles away at Holder’s Hill behind Payne’s Bay. For Horse Racing fans there is racing most Saturdays at the Garrison which is near Bridgetown. Worth visiting the museum while you are there!
Why not visit a Rum distillery? Go on a Mount Gay Rum Tour to see how one of the oldest rums in the world is made! You can drop in at Malibu Beach Club and visitor centre and spend time on their beach! Both are within three miles near Bridgetown.
For the enthusiastic visitors there are Helicopter trips and even a submarine for scenic views underwater! For our pampered guests, you can walk along to ‘Escape at the spa’ hotel and treat yourselves to therapies, body wraps, right down to just a manicure! On the way there you will pass the Anglican ‘Church of the Good Shepherd’ where you might see a tropical wedding taking place. It’s a nice place to worship too.
If you can tear yourselves away from all these activities you can go down to the peaceful beach and swim, sunbathe, read and snorkel to your hearts content. You might even spot a turtle or two! A short walk away is Batts Rock. A scenic beach popular place for the catamaran tours to stop and swim. The other way is Paynes Bay where you will be able to hire jet skis etc. The choice is endless.
How to get there
30 minutes from Grantley Adams Airport. there are always local taxis available. Appoximate cost £20. You can arrange to pick up a hire car at the Airport.
