A charming three bedroom, four bathroom villa, newly renovated and designed around a central atrium featuring an inviting plunge pool. There is also an outdoor swimming pool nestled in well landscaped gardens that offer peaceful privacy. Located in the quiet area of Gibbs just a short walk from the lovely Gibbs beach.
The property has a master bedroom with a king size bed, a second bedroom with a double bed and a third bedroom with twin beds. The master bedroom has a full en suite bathroom, the other two bedrooms have en suite shower rooms and there is a fourth bathroom. All bedrooms are air-conditioned. Additional facilities at the property include Cable TV, DVD and VCR player, stereo system, BBQ and ceiling fans. The property enjoys the benefits of being close to watersports, tennis and golf.
The staff of the property consists of a gardener, a maid/laundress and a cook.
The pool will also be serviced once a week.

The West Coast region
Barbados is famed for it’s year round sunshine, white sandy beaches, warm blue waters and it’s friendly fun-loving people. It is the most easterly of the Caribbean Islands and measures 21miles by 14 miles.
The west coast (also known as the "platinum coast") is a fringe of bays and coves along the sheltered, Caribbean side of the island.
There are opportunities to explore the island by land, going off - road in a 4x4 Land Rover, or simply by hiring a car; by air in a helicopter tour; or by sea, on one of the many types of cruise.
How ever you choose to travel, you will find cultural attractions, such as the splendid architecture, art, music, theatre and fine cuisine as well as a whole host of sporting activities, including hiking, tennis, polo, scuba diving, boating and deep sea fishing.
St James, Barbados / Gibbs Beach area
Located just a short walk to the beautiful and tranquil Gibbs beach with has some of the best swimming on the island. The popular Mullins Beach is just a a short drive away minutes where you can relax in a lounge chair under the umbrellas or in the shade of the Casuarina or palm trees, take a dip in the safely roped off areas, or venture out further on a jetski!
The beach bar/restuarnat is a great place to grab a drink, lunch or just a snack or drop by later in the day for a romantic sunset dinner or nightcap.
Picturesque Speightstown is a 5 minute drive away. Shopping, restaurants, tennis and golf facilities can also be easily reached by car.
