Located within the affuent area of Sunset Ridge on the West Coast of Barbados is La Paz a lovely 4 bedroom 3.5 bathroom Spanish style villa. The property, which is enclosed within lush tropical gardens, features a relaxed open plan layout, which is arranged around the inviting swimming pool and wonderful pool deck. Great for entertaining or just enjoying the Caribbean Sun.
Each of the bedrooms as well as the dining, living and reception rooms open onto the pool deck area via glass french doors. All bedrooms have ceiling fans as well as split system air-conditioning units. The imported Italian tiles, pickled pine ceilings, white walls and brilliant. Coloured furnishings provide a relaxed atmosphere ideal for a holiday in the tropics.Lapaz features 2 master bedroom suites.
La Paz is child, senior and handicap friendly and listed with the Barbados Tourism. The glorious West coast beaches and popular Holetown, which offers a wide selection of shops, restaurants and bars is only a few minutes drive away.
