This stunning property, in an elevated location, has private access to the beach, just 75 yards away. It is an ideal tropical retreat and sits on approximately 4,385 sq. ft of land, set amidst the James Bay residences in The Garden, St. James.
The accommodation is comfortably furnished throughout and the covered dining/sitting veranda offers beautiful views of the shimmering blue ocean.
There are two air-conditioned bedrooms both with king sized beds and en suite bathrooms. Both bedrooms also have ceiling fans. Well equipped kitchen including oven. Pleasant living room with TV, VCR, telephone/fax, CD player, which opens up onto a covered verandah, ideal for outside dining with views of the lush tropical gardens and the sea. There is a hammock on the verandah and direct access to the beach from the garden.

The west coast (also known as the "platinum coast") is a fringe of bays and coves along the sheltered, Caribbean side of the island.
There are opportunities to explore the island by land, going off - road in a 4x4 Land Rover, or simply by hiring a car; by air in a helicopter tour; or by sea, on one of the many types of cruise.
How ever you choose to travel, you will find cultural attractions, such as the splendid architecture, art, music, theatre and fine cuisine as well as a whole host of sporting activities, including hiking, tennis, polo, scuba diving, boating and deep sea fishing.

Set amidst the James Bay residences in The Garden, St. James. This convenient location is between the historic towns of Holetown and Speightstown, where excellent shopping and fine restaurants are available.
