These privately owned spacious one bedroom apartments are recommended for a romantic getaway and sightseeing. It's near the ocean and close to the village. Set in 5 acres of beautiful tropical gardens and there is a 25m swimming pool with sun loungers, umbrellas and a poolside bar and restaurant.
The apartment is situated on the top floor of an apartment complex. The accommodation is spacious (approx 750 sq.ft.), comfortably furnished and comprises a lounge with dining area and separate fully equipped kitchen. Personally furnished for comfort. It has air conditioning, but we have found the position on the top floor and the clever design of the building means that at night a flow of cool air is available without mechanical assistance.
Breakfasts on the balcony are a wonderful start to the day and watching the sun go down over the sea is a memorable event.
The swimming pool is ideal, the convenience of a small bar/restaurant alongside is a bonus. Shops are within a few minutes walk and access to fine stretches of beach will add just two more minutes.

The St James Parish region
Barbados is the most popular of the Caribbean Islands, and enjoys a year round climate, with daytime temperatures of 27°C to 31°C. Night temperatures hardly vary, with the lowest winter temperatures of 23°C to 25°C.

Daytime pursuits can be a leisurely stroll along the fabulous white sand beaches or, for the more energetic, tennis, golf, horse riding and all water sports (scuba diving in the Caribbean is like a huge tropical fish tank), water skiing, para-sailing, deep sea fishing for barracuda, kingfish or the famous Barbadian Flying Fish.
Our West Coast waters are clean, clear and warm - ideal for swimming, snorkeling, scuba diving, and wind surfing. Or you may just prefer to relax on the beach, enjoying the sun, sand and sights!
Holetown area
Situated in the unique and prestigious Parish of St James on the South West Coast of Barbados, the local area boasts fabulous beaches washed by the Caribbean Sea and frequented by the rich and famous (there are no private beaches on Barbados), yet these are only five minutes walk from our apartment.
The apartment is situated ten minutes away from Sandy lane golf course, and there are several prestigious hotels along this golden west coast, such as Sandy Lane, Treasure Beach, Tamarind Cove, Discovery Bay, Sandpiper, Colony Club and Coral Reef Club, all of which offer nightly entertainment and welcome visitors for either drinks, a restaurant meal or BBQ accompanied by a flaming limbo floorshow.
Within easy walking distance are 20 restaurants catering to every taste, from fast food to fine dining. Two shopping malls are also located nearby, with convenient banks, a supermarket, post office, pharmacy, department stores, and specialty shops. In addition, there are two Malls and a quaint fully operational Chattel House village retailing local fashion, paintings and artefacts. Public transport is regularly available approx 400yds from the apartments.

Further details outdoors: The spacious tropical gardens feature a 25 meter swimming pool, sun loungers and umbrellas, and there is a poolside bar/restaurant and a 24 hour manned reception with a telephone in the apartment. There is also an on site coin operated Laundromat.

A deposit of £100 per week is payable on booking and the final amount will become due ten weeks prior to departure.
Twice weekly maid service can be arranged. Please enquire on booking.
We strongly advise you to take out travel insurance at the time you send your deposit.
Terms include maid service once a week, including all bed linen and towels, however beach towels are not provided.
