Dining room with round table and seating for 8, small TV/DVD player, large storage cupboard with coat hanging space, storage for shoes and bags. Iron, ironing board, broom etc. Patio doors to pretty outdoor courtyard with hot shower and wet suit hanging space.

Kitchen with Rayburn Stove, separate conventional oven and induction hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washer/dryer. Door to courtyard.

Under stair cupboard with travel cot and vacuum cleaner.

Particular attention has been given to providing luxurious mattresses and Egyptian cotton bedding to ensure everyone has a good night's sleep.

Large Master bedroom with king size bed, bedside tables, large wardrobe, dressing table, window seat, 19" TV and en-suite shower room.

Double bedroom with double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and mirror, bedside tables and 19" TV.

Pretty Twin room with two 2' 6" wide single beds, bedside cabinet, hanging space and storage drawers.

Bunk room with full size bunk beds, chest of drawers, play table / desk with two chairs, 19" TV /DVD player. En-suite WC, shower and wash hand basin.

The rugged coast line and stunning beaches. The temperate climate, a haven for wildlife and wild flowers, the many visitor attractions, quaint villages and interesting towns, National Trust Homes and Gardens, coastal walks, surfing and sea fishing. Plenty for most holidaymakers!

St Ives

St Ives is easy to reach by road, air and train. It has crystal blue waters, golden sands and a warm welcome. A mild climate, warmed year round by the Gulf Stream!

There is a working harbour. There are tiny cobbled streets to wander through, lined by fishermen's cottages, shops, restaurants and galleries.

Magnificent walks can be taken along the coastal footpath south towards Lelant with the opportunity to return by branch line train or west towards Zennor and Gurnards Head.

St Ives is renowned for its art and there are workshops, studios and galleries everywhere.

Tate St. Ives, part of the Tate Gallery in London, is a stunning building with a varying exhibition of local and national works. The Gallery stands high above the magnificent surfing beach of Porthmeor. Allied to Tate St Ives is the Barbara Hepworth Museum.

There are many cafes and restaurants catering for all budgets and tastes.

Enjoy the view across to Godrevy Lighthouse or take a short boat trip to watch seals basking on the rocks in the sunshine.

St Ives has plenty for young and old, summer or winter.

"Fantastic - the best holiday house we've stayed in!"

We all loved Fish Street, a great house and the best equipped we have stayed in. Everything you should need is there and it was spotlessly clean. We were even welcomed with some delicious scones, jam and clotted cream! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Fish St, just please don't book our week! Ha-Ha

"The perfect location in St Ives and a great house for sharing with 2 small families."

We have stayed here for many years and always enjoy returning. It is in a great location just up from the harbour beach and you can park your car and leave it as there is so much to enjoy in St Ives. The house is great for sharing between 2 families and there is space for 8 around the dining table. Nice decoration and well appointed.

"Best location for harbour shops, restaurants and beaches."

We stayed at the property with our 2 young children. A cot and highchair was provided, which was great, and our other son loved sleeping in the top bunk bed!
The house was clean and very well equipped, with all the necessities. The parking spot was especially appreciated, as we realised that finding a space would otherwise be impossible.
The house is situated a few steps from the harbour with all the shops and cafes/restaurants, and a 2-5 min walk from the beach.
We would definitely return if planning another trip to St Ives! Many thanks!!

"An absolute dream house in a beautiful location."

The house was exceptional in every way and very well equipped with everything one would need for a very comfortable stay, including parking. On entering we were greeted with fresh flowers and a delicious welcome pack of fresh scones, jam and clotted cream. All rooms were very clean and the decor/furniture very well chosen and presented.
Situated only a stones throw from the sea and all local amenities, walking to and from everything St Ives had to offer was a dream.
I would rate this as one of the best houses we have stayed at and would recommend it to families or indeed friends who would enjoy not only the location but all the fine Inns and Restaurants that St Ives has to offer. A big thank you to the proprietor for ensuring our stay was so memorable and enjoyable.
Whereas a parking space is supplied only a short distance away, for those visiting this delightful location, I would suggest parking in The Snoop Public House Car Park (£1.90 for 2 hours - only about 20 yards from the front door), the earlier the better for spaces, to unload bags on arrival and to park in the same location the night before departure, it makes loading/unloading so much easier as parking outside the address can block other road users. You will have a great stay.

"Lovely cottage"

Lovely cottage in central part of St Ives.
Within seconds from main beaches, shops and harbour.
The property was exceptionally clean and also had an outdoor shower. Very handy for sandy children!

"A lovely comfortable contemporary house in a perfect location with the added bonus of a parking space."

11 Fish Street is ideally placed within St Ives for beaches restaurants shops and the station.
Everything has been thought of for the holiday maker from maps and local guides to a hanging rail in the courtyard for wet suits.
The kitchen is well stocked with pleanty of cutlery and crockery and an array of gadgets .
The bedrooms are cosy and warm .
We are a family of 6 . Four late teen /early twentys daughters who loved the house and its location.
Having the parking space is a real bonus.
The scones clotted cream and jam left in the kitchen was a lovely welcome suprise and set the tone for the week.
We had breakfast most mornings at the Poethmeor beach cafe . The views are amazing.the good good too.
A wonderful place to stay I would recommend it to my friends.
