Michel is a charming detached bungalow with fabulous sea views over St. Ives Bay. Its elevated location provides gorgeous views along the sweeping golden sands of Hayle to the Godrevy lighthouse.
Newly furnished with comfortable living and sleeping accommodations for up to six guests in three bedrooms. The master bedroom is a sumptious retreat with a super-king size bed and a luxurious 500 thread count Egyptian cotton linens. Completely refurbished in September 2009 with new furniture, carpeting and spacious built-in closet plus an incredible sea-view. Two other beautifully furnished large bedrooms have double beds and ample storage space. Michel has an open style staircase so it may not be suitable for very young children.
Off street parking with easy access to Carbis Bay beach and to the town of St. Ives. A Tesco supermarket is 300 meters away within easy walking distance.

St Ives / Carbis Bay area
Carbis Bay and St Ives have become year round resorts due to the beautifully mild climate and the range of activities which are available at any time of year. Within walking distance in Carbis Bay there are a several quality restaurants, a newsagent and a Tesco supermarket.
Staying in Carbis Bay allows easy access to all the attractions of St Ives, without having any parking worries. Michel is perfectly located for those who want to either spend the day on the beach, take in the breathtaking scenery from walks along the coastal paths or explore art galleries capped off with a wonderful meal.
Carbis Bay beach is a beautiful beach of approximately 1 mile length it is one of three Blue Flag beaches in the St. Ives area. The centre of the beach is home to all the facilities, car park and the Carbis Bay Hotel which has extensive grounds leading down to the edge of the beach. Being north by northeast facing, the beach rarely gets surf and is a family friendly beach.
St Ives town is within easy reach - 3 minutes by a delightful train ride or 20 minutes on foot along the spectacular St Ives coastal path. St. Ives provides it all; superb restaurants, unique shops and over forty art galleries including The Tate Gallery and the Barbara Hepworth Museum. As well as postcard-perfect family beaches as well as a dramatic surfing beach.
For golfers, the renowned West Cornwall Golf Club, Cornwalls most historic course, is but 3km away and offers spectacular coastal views.
Nearby Hayle offers 3 miles of golden sands, leading to Godrevy lighthouse. Great for surfing and well lifeguarded, consider taking a lesson at one of the local surf schools.
How to get there
Travelling to Carbis Bay by Train - Take the main line to St Erth (the station before Penzance) and then change to the St Ives branch line which links directly to Carbis Bay. Travelling to Carbis Bay by Road. Travelling by car from the North exit the M5 at J31 and follow signs to Launceston, Redruth and Penzance via the A30. Turn right to St Ives and Carbis Bay along the A3074 passing through Lelant before reaching Carbis Bay.
The West Country is serviced by four regional airports, which are accessible from all over the UK, Ireland, Europe and beyond. Car rental and public transport links are readily available from all four airports. NEWQUAY has the nearest airport to this property. BRISTOL Airport is the South West's largest airport with car rental facilities and excellent transport links.
