No 46 enjoys an idyllic setting in the grounds of a fascinating old Cornish Manor, just ten minutes drive from St.Ives town centre, with its abundance of shops, retaurants and galleries and only five minutes from the uncrowded golden sands of Hayle Towans.

The West Country / Cornwall region

The surrounding area abounds with remote lonely coves, magnificent beaches and beautiful countryside. A few minutes drive takes you to the famous resort of St.Ives and a little further to Lands End, Lizard Point, St.Michaels Mount and Penzance. The Tate St. Ives, Minack Theatre, The Eden Project, a welth of theme parks, tin mines, the Scilly Isles, Newquay and much more are all easily accesible, if you feel like a day out with the family.


St Ives / Hayle area

For golfers, the renowned West Cornwall Golf Club, Cornwalls most historic course, is but 3km away and offers spectacular coastal views


How to get there

Directions; From the A30 at Hayle to Trevithick Court at Tolroy Manor. Take the fourth exit at Hayle roundabout on the A30, onto the B3301 towards Hayle town. Follow this road through the town for approx 2m. Go under the viaduct and take first exit on the second mini roundabout, signposted to Helston on the B3302. Follow this road for almost 1m and you will see Tolroy Manor on your left. Turn into the park and go past the main reception building and then follow the signs to Car park 'A' where you will find the Trevithick Court properties on your left.
I highly recommend a car to get the most out of your stay in Cornwall.

First floor; master bedroom (double bed) with balcony for sitting out. Third bedroom, sleeping up to 3 people (3 single beds). Large shower room with wash basin and W.C

French doors from the living room open on to a patio with table & chairs (6) for outside dining where you can enjoy evening drinks or a barbecue. There is a lovely indoor heated swimming pool, sauna, tennis court games room and licensed bar/restaurant. There is also a shop and laundrette - in fact everything that you need is right here in the grounds of Tolroy Manor - including a playground for the younger children and a free car- park.

Please note the facilities on site are open from Easter week to 1st November.


Conditions

Deposit. A non returnable deposit of 25% of the total value is required to confirm each booking. The balance will be required 6 weeks prior to arrival. A £100 returnable deposit is required to be paid with the balance against any damage or excess cleaning charges. I regret no all male or all female parties under 25 years of age are permitted.
