Further details indoors: On the ground floor is a spacious well fitted kitchen dining room with French doors to the rear courtyard garden with patio furniture and BBQ. There are two bedrooms, a single and a bedroom with triple bunks, both with sea glimpses and a modern bathroom with shower over the bath. Stairs take you to the main double bedroom and the lounge with sea views across St Ives Bay to Gwithian. There are solid oak floors throughout except bedrooms.

Bookings are generally for 7 days with change over being Saturday. Short breaks are available at less busy times of the year.
Fresh linen and bath and hand towels are provided together with a complimentary welcome pack.
