No.3 is a first floor apartment that has been beautifully finished.

St Ives is a beautiful town with award winning golden sands and clear sea, cobbled streets filled with fisherman's cottages, galleries and craft shops alongside modern restaurants and cafes. The bustling
harbour is home to many fishing boats that bring in quality catches oflocal fish that you will find in many of the restaurants.

A deposit of 1/3 of the total price is required to secure a property. The balance is due six weeks before arrival.
For bookings arriving within 6 weeks, payment must be made in full by debit or credit card.
Only weekly (or multiples of) bookings are accepted in July and August. The changeover date is Saturday unless otherwise stated. This property only accepts Friday to Friday bookings.
Short breaks (min. 3 nights) are accepted at other times of the year unless otherwise stated.
A non-refundable booking fee is applicable to all bookings.
All properties are non-smoking.
Pets are accepted in certain properties where stated.
Bookings made by credit card will be charged a handling fee.
There is no booking charge for debit cards.
