The welcoming accommodation consists of an open lounge, dining, kitchen. The property has a modern, fully tiled bathroom with bath/shower. The open stairs lead to the 3 cosy bedrooms, with ample clothes hanging space. The cottage is professionally cleaned before each new let, with newly laundered bedding provided.
Should you wish a more contained holiday, the site has everything you need for day and night entertainment. Available facilities include a heated indoor swimming pool and sauna, licenced clubhouse, tennis courts, children’s playgrounds, launderette and a small shop.

The West Country / Cornwall region
Cornwall is famous for its magnificent beaches and beautiful countryside, and is perfect for holidays, either activity or relaxing. Just a few minutes drive will take you to the famous St. Ives, and Penzance.
Other nearby attractions are St. Michael’s Mount with its famous castle and causeway, Lands End, the Lizard, Goonhilly Earth Station, the Seal Sanctuary at Gweek, and the famous Flambards Theme Park. A more adventurous day out could see you at The Eden Project, or taking a helicopter trip to the Scilly Isles. The choice is yours.
St Ives / Hayle area
The immediate area of Hayle, and St Ives, boast glorious beaches, good for surfing or for family relaxation. There are excellent facilities for both the novice and expert surfer. The town of Hayle itself has an interesting harbour, and golden beaches stretching 3 miles to Godrevy Lighthouse.
Paradise Park is nearby, full of exotic birds and other wild life, including otters, penguins, pet’s corner and farm yard.
Keen bird watchers will find the Hayle estuary a haven for many types of birds, and for golfers, the West Cornwall Golf Club, is only 3km away and offers spectacular coastal views.
Local amenities in Hayle include many pubs, shops and restaurants offering a variety of cuisine, and the famous Philps Cornish pasties for which locals are known to queue for daily!
How to get there
From Exeter take the A30 west. Follow the A 30 to Hayle. Take the fourth exit at Hayle roundabout on the A30, onto the B3301 towards Hayle town. Drive through the town (approx 2 miles). At the viaduct, take the second exit on the mini roundabout, signposted to Helston (B3302). Follow the road for approx 1 mile until you see Tolroy Manor on the left. There is ample free car parking available on site.
