Warveneth is a bungalow located in the pretty village of Angarrack, just outside Hayle.
There are 3 bedrooms:-
The master bedroom has a kingsize bed, chest of drawers and a large built in wardrobe, a flat screen television mounted on the wall with Sky+ HD. The second bedroom can be either 2 singles or a double bed with large built in wardrobe and the third bedroom sleeps 2 in bunk beds.
The bathroom has a shower over the bath, underfloor heating and a heated towel rail.
The property has a good sized kitchen and a dining area with a large table which comfortably seats 6. The kitchen is well equipped, including fridge, freezer, electric cooker and microwave. Off the kitchen is a utility room containing washing machine and tumble dryer.
The lounge contains a Large corner sofa with matching footstool and a leather recliner chair. There is a large flat screen television in the lounge with Sky+ HD and WIFI.
There are small gardens to the front and back of the property. The garden at the back is private and contains a table with seating for 6 and a BBQ. There is a balcony at the front of the property with a bench. There is off road parking for up to 2 cars. There are steps up to the property.
Warveneth is ideally located as a center for touring having easy access to the A30. The Cornish seaside towns such as St Ives, Falmouth and Penzance or the city of Truro are within easy travelling distance. Angarrack has its own village pub and is famous for its Christmas lights. There is a large carboot every Sunday on the local rugby field just down the road.
Close to the village there is the West Cornwall shopping center containing Marks & Spencers, Boots, Next and Costa Coffee. A few minutes drive sees you in the coastal town of Hayle with plenty of interesting shops, restaurants, pubs and takeaways to choose from and picturesque riverside walks
You are only about 10 minutes from Hayle's beautiful 3 miles of golden sands, with beaches such as Gwithian (which offers excellent surfing) and Godrevy (famous for its lighthouse and seals) not much further away.

The West Country region

With famous attractions such as the Eden Project and Tate St Ives or lesser known ones such as Poldark Mine and Paradise Park,there is something for everyone.
The pretty village of Angarrack is located on the outskirts of the coastal town of Hayle. Being centrally located everything is within easy reach.
The village itself has its own pub but a short drive sees you in Hayle with plenty of choice of restaurants, pubs and takeaways as well as a local supermarket.
Hayle has a lovely river walk going through the town, past the park to the harbour, with a famous pasty shop at the end.
You are within easy reach of beaches on both coasts.

"A lovely bungalow in an excellent position"
This is an ideal bungalow that is very well equipped with a modern bathroom and kitchen and a very useful utility room. Outside there is a picnic area with opportunity for barbecues and parking for two or more cars. The location in this charming village is ideal as it is close to a good shopping centre and within very easy reach of the lovely coastline.
We would definitely book to stay here again.
