Hi and welcome to our listing, we have on offer our beach side holiday home (Treague) in Hayle near St Ives Cornwall, our house is so close to the fantastic clean pure sandy beeches on the Riviere Towans we are talking 3 miles of pure sandy beach with crystal clear seas with lifeguard areas so very safe for family's with children.

Treague is a bungalow with 3 bedrooms sleeping 6 people with the added advantage of a completely separate self contained annex below which can sleep an extra 2 people (full details of the layout below). The house has a fully equipped kitchen with everything you would need for your stay - fridge freezer - washing machine - microwave - new oven & hob etc, in the lounge you will find 2 new leather settees a flat screen TV (freeview) with DVD player, music system with i pod player/charger, a dining table & chairs to seat 6 people and 2 huge windows giving panoramic views of the Hayle beeches & estuary and all the way over to the town of St Ives and to the other side the West Cornwall Golf Course, easy to sit all day and admire the views, the annex downstairs also has the same spectacular views as the main lounge above, our bathroom in the house has a 3/4 length bath with electric shower above, wash hand basin & toilet.

Treague also has two gardens one at the back of the house & very secluded and another at the front again with full views of the beeches & St Ives, perfect for sunbathing or sitting with a cool bottle of wine and watch the sun setting, car parking is simple & free and is directly at the end side of the house, Treague has just had a full refurbishment of all rooms with newly decorated walls - new carpets and a lot of modern equipment, we do not have sky TV or internet however if you really need internet you can purchase WiFi by the week from the site office you will see as you drive in (approx £11 for a week), in the house we supply all duvets and pillows and we do ask you to bring your own pillow cases duvet covers and towels & tea towels if necessary, there is also a travel cot with mattress and again you would need bedding.

Treague is an all electric house and electricity is through a pay meter located in the cupboard in the main bedroom and takes £1 coins only, there are electric wall panel heaters in every room should you need them, Hayle is a lovely town and is at present undergoing a massive regeneration with a new harbour being created with new shops & bars while still keeping the old high street through Copperhouse which has so many pubs & shops, restaurants & take aways and some very good surfing shops, surfing & body boarding are very popular in West Cornwall and it could not be easier to take your board to the beach from our house you only have to go 200m and you're on the beach, kite surfing is another favorite and you will see many down on the beach in front of Treague, fishing is also very good in the estuary with bass - wrasse - pollack & gilt head bream all being caught at the top of the estuary 5 mins walk from the house (no need to drive), other attractions in the area, well where do I start, Lands End - Truro (great city) - Falmouth (amazing port) - The Lizard - The Eden Project - The Flambards Experience Theme Park - Newquay Zoo - St Ives (stunning) - Carbis Bay - the list goes on & on or just take a stroll over the sand dunes into Hayle (10 minutes walk) and enjoy one of several bars.

Treague is a strictly non smoking house & no pets allowed.
Treague as mentioned above has a separate annex below the main house which is totally self contained with its own entrance, inside it has its own lounge / kitchen area with double bed settee & TV, its own shower room and toilet, the annex can be hired to accommodate extra members of the same family and will not be let to a separate party, we as owners do use the annex often through the year for personal use, the cost of the annex is £175-00 per week + cleaning costs of £25-00

A £75-00 security deposit is requested for all bookings in case of damage, this will be refunded after conformation by our cleaning staff all is fine in the house, don't worry if a cup - plate or glass get broken (accidents happen) all we ask is that you let us know so we can replace it.

Bookings; we can only offer weekly bookings from Saturday to Saturday, keys are available from 3.00pm on arrival day and we do ask you to depart by 9.00am on your day of departure (due to cleaning times), there is a £35-00 cleaning charge which will apply to all bookings, prices obviously vary throughout the season and Treague does book solidly from the middle of March right through to the end of Oct so book early to ensure your holiday,
