This smart ground floor apartment hugs a gentle slope that tumbles down to the banks of Hayle Estuary, an RSPB reserve makes it a popular site among bird watchers and walkers for its rare bird and plant life habitat.
Whilst the owners live above the apartment it none-the-less offers relaxed and private accommodation for couples at any time of year. In front of the apartment is a sunny and private patio area and a lawned garden with views overlooking the everchanging tide. Doors open onto a spacious open plan living room decorated in chocolate and duck egg blue and equipped with a deep squashy sofa and a flame effect electric fire to provide added comfort during the cooler months. The kitchen is well equipped for all your culinary needs and there is a designated dining area. To the rear is a spacious and comfortable bedroom with ensuite shower room. Beyond the estuary and within a short walk is the vibrant town centre at Hayle where a wide range of amenities including several good pubs, restaurants and cafes are conveniently located. A short stroll along the waterside path leads to an open-air swimming pool (operates during the summer months) and a little further on is the beach at Hayle Towans, a paradise for surfers and sunbathers alike.
Famed locally as the 'Gateway to West Cornwall', Hayle is a superb base for those wishing to tour with destinations such as the white sandy beaches at St Ives and Porthcurno, the ancient market town of Penzance and the famous mining coast of Pendeen within easy reach.
