"quaint and ideal"

Thank you for taking time to comment here on Trip Advisor. As you noticed parking anywhere is St Ives can be a challenge due to the quaint narrow streets but it is so handy to be able to get so close to the property to drop your luggage off before parking the car for the duration of your stay in one of the many carparks. Once the car is parked you don't need it again until home time as there is so much to do in St Ives. Hope we can accommodate you again soon. Best wishes

Thank you for taking time to share your experience, We are really sorry to hear that you had such an awful time in our little home and disappointed that you did not find the property with ease and suffered with the bed. We had been there ourselves the week before to check the property for the start of the season and all was in good working order when we left, so I can only apologise now about the heating, had you called us about the heating problem we would have sent someone to investigate for you, or may have been able to advise over the phone, we are sorry we couldn't do more for you.
We are pleased that you felt it was a good price, we do aim to please, your colleague who recommended our little home is a regular of ours now and has been renting from us for Winter breaks for 6 years now and enjoys the tranquillity out of season breaks offer. We hope you get a more pleasing break soon. Best intentions always Julianne
