Living Area

As soon as you arrive at this special property you are welcomed by a wonderful sea view through two double French doors which open out onto your private decking area. This amazing open plan space is perfect for socialising, whether you are making the most of the great entertainment package which includes a 40” Sony LCD TV, Full Sky with loop system to bedrooms, Playstation III with selection of games and Blu-ray DVD's, iPod docking station and complimentary Wi-Fi, or just simply relaxing in the comfortable sofas, taking in the sea views and salty fresh air.

Complimentary Tate St Ives and Barbara Hepworth Museum passes for two guests, including 10% discount on all purchases in their cafe and shop, can also be found in the living area.

An Italian tile floor is laid throughout, with soft furnishings which give this property a homely, seaside ambiance. A contemporary, remote control, pebble fire place, and modern radiators are provided for those cooler evenings and a wall unit houses a good selection of board games, maps and books along with the property welcome guide.

Dining Area

The dining area is situated within the open plan living space, ideally situated to make the most of the sea views. An Italian designer Kartell dining table with six Kartell chairs are provided, great for if you invite additional guests to dine with you.

If you like to give cooking a miss when on holiday, you could not be better located for ease of access to the fantastic selection of fine dining restaurants which St Ives has to offer. Why not try the Black Rock in the Market Place. A Michelin Bib Gourmand awarded restaurant, renowned locally for its use of fresh, local produce.

The modern kitchen at The White Lantern compliments the contemporary feel that this property exudes. With its sleek gloss white units and Silestone worktops, cooking in this perfectly appointed kitchen is a real pleasure. A digital halogen hob takes centre stage with a stylish cylindrical extractor hood suspended above and Lamona twin oven-grill beneath. Ample storage is provided along with all the utensils you could ever require to cook up a storm. Integrated, under counter fridge, freezer, dishwasher and washing machine are provided along with a microwave and coffee machine.

As the kitchen forms part of the open plan living area, the designated chef can happily socialise with the rest of the party whilst preparing meals.

From the ground floor, a bespoke, spot lit, solid ash staircase leads you up to the first floor bedrooms.

Bedroom One with En-suite

The master suite boasts a marvellous view of St Ives Bay, stretching right across from Porthkidney beach to The Island. Light streams into this room via the remote control Velux and picture windows, making it bright and airy. A sumptuously made king size bed ensures a good nights sleep and ample storage can be found in the built in wardrobe, bedside tables and chest of drawers. A full length mirror, hairdryer, iPod docking station and wall mounted LCD TV with Sky are also provided.

Bedroom Two

Situated to the front of the property, this room is also bright and airy. A built in wardrobe provides ample hanging and storage space. Furnished with zip and link single beds which can conveniently be zipped together to form a superking bed upon request. A bedside table with reading lamp, wall mounted LCD TV with Sky, iPod docking station and a vanity shelf with mirror and stool are provided.

The first floor bedrooms and landing are fully carpeted, with handmade luxurious curtains to both bedrooms. Crisp white Egyptian cotton bed linen and quality towels are provided.

A complimentary travel cot, highchair and stair gate are provided; please provide your own cot bedding.

Bathroom One

The family bathroom is located on the first floor and is fully tiled with stylish charcoal grey tiles. A matching white suite comprises of a W.C, wash hand basin with storage underneath and a bath with overhead Mira raindrop shower and separate hand unit. A large chrome heated towel rail and back lit mirror are also provided.

Bathroom Two

The master bedroom boasts a stunning en-suite shower room which is also fully tiled and comprises of a W.C, wash hand basin with storage underneath, heated chrome towel rail and large walk in shower with integrated Mira shower.

A bath sheet, bath towel and hand towel are provided for each guest, together with complimentary White Company toiletries. Please provide your own beach towels.

Rear Decking Area

The attention to detail doesn't stop outside, with a walled decking area to the rear, with glass and stainless steel balustrade. Split over two levels making the most of the fantastic sea views. The first level extends off the living area with a table and seating for two, steps then lead down to a larger area where a table and four chairs are provided. We recommend you make the most of this peaceful suntrap with an alfresco breakfast or early lunch, whilst watching the comings and goings in the bay. Outside lighting and a BBQ are provided so you can take advantage of this great space at all times of the day. Additional storage can be found underneath the decking, ideal for all of your beach gear.

Front Paved Area

To the front of the property, ample private parking for 3 cars is provided on the granite block driveway. A bench can be found in this additional little suntrap, making it a great place for a quiet read. A bike hoop is provided for securely chaining your bikes. There is also a very useful hanging area for wetsuits with an outdoor tap with a hosepipe conveniently provided.
