When entering this stunning apartment, you are greeted into a welcoming hallway. From here you can hang your coats up in the utility room where you will find ample space for hanging coats, along with two umbrellas which are provided for guests use.
As soon as you walk into this fabulous spacious room you will be amazed by the panoramic sea views through the floor to ceiling French doors which open out on to your own large decked terrace. The open plan living area is located off the entrance hallway and truly is the heart of this beautifully furnished coastal holiday home. Located on the ground floor, 4Shore offers one of the largest decked terraces of the development with awe-inspiring views from the harbour across the bay to Gwithian.
For your comfort, 4Shore provides two comfortable Italian cream leather settees, ideally positioned to take advantage of both the sea views through the French doors and the comprehensive entertainment package. This includes a 46”3D LED Smart TV with full Sky package, a Sony Playstation 3, which is also a 3D Blu-ray DVD player, a variety of games, a selection of DVDs and two pairs of 3D glasses, and an Orbitsound surround sound bar with built in iPod docking station. Walnut flooring is laid throughout with additional contemporary furnishings including a gloss white entertainment unit, coffee table, side tables and a driftwood reading lamp.
The dining area is ideally situated within the open plan living space taking advantage of the amazing sea views and also the close proximity of the kitchen. It is furnished with a Conran designer dining table and Lloyd Loom high backed chairs, great for enjoying a pleasant meal in.
Should you decide to eat out during your stay then you will not be disappointed by the range of fine dining restaurants within a short walk of the apartment. The award winning Porthminster Beach Café is a real must especially as it is conveniently located on the beach below.
The kitchen at 4Shore is an absolute dream, with stylish granite work tops and splash backs, ample storage within the gloss white fitted units, integrated Neff appliances, walnut flooring and under cabinet mood lighting. The piece de resistance is the granite island unit, with its additional storage and two bar stools, a great place for grabbing a quick snack or for watching the cook hard at work. It is perfectly appointed with Neff oven, 4 ring ceramic hob, extractor hood, microwave, fridge, freezer and dishwasher. A toaster, kettle, good quality glassware and crockery are also provided, along with all the utensils you could require to make a scrumptious feast.
A separate utility room is located off the main entrance hallway. The washer/dryer, vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board can all be found in here.

A complimentary hairdryer is provided for guests use. The master bedroom also benefits from its own fully tiled en-suite shower room with complimentary White Company toiletries.
Bedroom two benefits from further views of the bay and Godrevy Lighthouse from the picture window and has easy access to the fully tiled family bathroom. This bedroom has a lovely sea side ambience and is equipped with ViSpring beds which can be arranged either as 3' twin beds or as a 6' zip and link super king, wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside tables with pebble reading lamps, 22” LCD Freeview television with built-in DVD player and an iPod docking clock radio. A complimentary hairdryer is also provided for guests use.
Luxury hypo allergenic Egyptian cotton bed linen is provided in both bedrooms with a selection of high quality towels for each guest.
The main bathroom of 4Shore is off the hallway next to bedroom two and is tiled throughout with contemporary porcelain tiles. There is a double ended bath with overhead Hansgrohe shower, WC, free standing wash basin, chrome heated towel rail, de-misting mirror and shaver point.
The en-suite bathroom to the master bedroom, boasts the same superb contemporary style and comprises a WC, freestanding wash basin, a large double Hansgrohe shower, heated chrome towel rail, de-misting mirror and shaver point.
A selection of high quality towels are provided per person, complimentary White Company toiletries are also provided.
4Shore proudly boasts one of the largest decked terraces of all of the Peninsula apartments and is accessed from both the living area and master bedroom French doors. The terrace is absolutely spectacular and offers outside living at its best, with unrivalled far reaching panoramic sea views stretching across from St Ives harbour to the gold sands of Gwithian.
A mosaic table and four matching chairs are provided on the balcony, perfect for alfresco dining.
An additional glass topped rattan coffee table, two rattan sofas and an arm chair can also be found, great for enjoying a pre dinner cocktail or afternoon read in the Cornish sun. For those who have had a little too much sun on the beach a large parasol is also provided.
Guests are provided with one allocated parking space in an underground car park adjacent to the Peninsula apartments. Most guests find that they park the car up and then don't use it for the rest of their stay as 4Shore is perfectly located for shops, restaurants, beaches and local attractions, which are all within a five minute walk of this special holiday property.
