Living Area

Upon entering Halcyon Cove you can't help but be mesmerised by the amazing panoramic sea views through the floor to ceiling bi-folding patio doors. A utility storage cupboard is located next to the front door, ideal for storing coats and boots.

The open plan living area is beautifully designed, allowing you to flow through the different areas with ease. Sit back on the comfortable corner sofa and take in the stunning sea views, or why not enjoy the wonderful entertainment system which includes a wall mounted Sony Bravia 42” flatscreen television, Sky + HD with Entertainment package, complimentary Wi-Fi, Sony Blu-ray player with a selection of DVDs, Nintendo Wii with a variety of games and a Sony music system with docking station. Two additional seats, binoculars, glass coffee and consol table are also provided for your use.

Dining Area

The dining area is perfectly situated between the living and kitchen area and looks straight out through the windows to the sea beyond. A designer white frosted glass dining table with six matching chairs are provided.

Should you decide to dine out during your stay, why not pop on the train in to St Ives and taste the culinary delights at Alfresco, a lovely restaurant perfectly located on the harbour front?


The modern open plan kitchen at Halcyon Cove provides ample storage within the white gloss fitted units and plentiful work space on the black granite work top. NEFF integrated appliances comprise of a 4 ring ceramic hob, oven/grill, dishwasher, fridge-freezer and microwave. A four slice toaster, kettle, Kenwood food processor/juicer, steamer and hand blender can all be found, along with a fabulous selection of utensils, crockery and glassware. For those who enjoy cooking whilst on holiday, you are sure to find the selection of cook books of use. The sea views can also be enjoyed from this area via the kitchen window, which also offers multicoloured blinds for privacy.


The large utility room is located on the ground floor next to the family bathroom, where a washing machine, tumble dryer, sink, clothes airer, ironing board and iron can be found.

Bedroom One with En-suite

The master bedroom at Halcyon Cove is a peaceful, bright and airy room and is located on the ground floor. Not only does this room offer a lovely en-suite shower room, but it also boasts double French doors which open out on to the patio. A sumptuously dressed king size bed, built-in wardrobe with hanging and shelf space, bedside tables with matching reading lamps, chair, chest of drawers, vanity mirror, side lamp, multicoloured blinds and a hairdryer can be found. For your entertainment a 22” LCD television with integrated DVD player and linked Sky TV from the living area, and an iPod docking alarm clock radio are provided.

Bedroom Two

The second bedroom is also located on the ground floor adjacent to the family bathroom and boasts direct access out onto the patio area. This bedroom offers zip and link twin beds which can conveniently be joined to make a king size bed. Bedside tables, matching reading lamps, chest of drawers with vanity mirror and table lamp, chair, built in wardrobe, full length mirror, multicoloured blinds, hairdryer, 22” LCD television with integrated DVD player and linked Sky TV from the living area, and an iPod docking alarm clock radio are provided.

Luxury 100% Egyptian cotton bed linen is provided in both bedrooms with a selection of high quality towels for each guest.

Bathroom One

The family bathroom at Halcyon Cove is located on the ground floor adjacent to bedroom one. This stylish bathroom is fully tiled with neutral and chocolate ceramics and boasts a Villeroy and Boch white suite which comprises of bath with overhead shower, WC and freestanding wash basin. A heated towel rail keeps your towels nice and toasty and mirrored cabinet with shaver socket and light is provided.

Bathroom Two

The en-suite shower room to the master bedroom is also fully tiled and offers a Villeroy and Boch freestanding wash basin and WC, along with a separate shower cubicle. A chrome heated towel rail and mirrored cabinet with shaver socket and light can be found.

A selection of high quality towels comprising of bath sheet, bath towel and hand towel are provided per person. Complimentary White Company toiletries are also provided.

Seward Facing Terrace

The spacious seaward facing terrace is located on the upper floor and is accessed via the bi-folding living area doors. Push back the stylish doors to allow the fresh sea air in and to take in the astonishing panoramic sea views, from the Island in St Ives across the bay to the Godrevy lighthouse. Why not sit out on the cube rattan furniture which comprises of a table, four chairs and four footstalls, perfect for enjoying alfresco meals with fabulous views?

Ground Floor Patio

The ground floor patio can be accessed via both bedrooms and offers privacy with two frosted glass screens. There is a communal grass area in front of the patio which can be enjoyed, along with direct access down to the branch line train station car park via a gated walkway.


One allocated parking space is provided within the St Uny apartments private car park, along with a visitor parking bay which is available on a first come first served basis. Additional pay and display parking can also be found close by at the train station car park.

A storage area in the car park may be of use to those who wish to chain their bicycles.
