An Edwardian 3 storey terraced house with stunning views of St Ives harbour beaches the island and ever changing sea beyond. At the end of a private cul-de-sac there is parking for 2 large cars. Ideally situated on foot just 2 mins from the heart of town with its cobbled streets and 5 mins from the 5 beaches. This house is very well located with plenty of space for relaxation and family dining as well as 2 large bay windows to quietly enjoy the spectacular views. This very comfortable family home has kept many of its original features such as bedroom and lounge fireplaces. In the sitting/dining room which can seat 14 people it has a multifuel wood burner, and in the upstairs lounge it has an original cast iron tiled open fireplace and from both rooms look through the large bay windows to enjoy the magnificent views beyond. St Ives is a bustling small town with plenty of clothing surfing grocery bakers pasty fudge newsagents and book shops restaurants cafe's ice cream parlours pubs and 5 banks all with cash points. Tesco's is just a few mins drive away in Carbis Bay. We also have a cinema with multiple screens tattooist leisure centres with pool gym and caf'e churches of different faiths bus and train stations travel agents and information centre. The South West Coast Path runs in both directions from St Ives. The walk to Zennor is extremely beautiful but quite strenuous-the pub is at the end to revive you and there are buses back. Walk or drive out to Godrevy (Nat Trust) and enjoy the wonderful cliff top views and very often see below the seals and there pups and if lucky enough see some dolphins. Provided are tea coffee sugar milk biscuits linen bath & hand towels & 2 bottles wine of your choice
