We offer a relaxed holiday in a modern, luxurious apartment. It has been decorated and furnished to a very high standard with oak flooring or tiles,oak trims, and full gas central heating for all year round comfort. It has a very well equiped kitchen with solid oak doors. The lounge has doors which fold back completely to access the balcony. From the lounge and balcony you have stunning panoramic views over Porthmeor Beach and out to sea, to the right you can see right across the bay and further up the coast where on a clear day you can see Trevose Head which is 30 miles away. The sunsets are truly beautiful as you see the sun setting down into the sea on the horizon. The bedroom is at the rear of the property and has a view over the roofs to St Ives Bay and across to Gwithian. Whether its for a relaxing or more of an activity holiday the apartment is perfectly located to make the most of all the many delights that St Ives has to offer. Everything is within walking distance. The beautifull beaches where you can just chill out or go swimming or surfing. The town is full of character with its quaint streets and cobbled roads all centering around the picturesque harbour where you can while away the day in one of the many cafes or take a boat trip to the Seal Island. There are also many beautifull walks around the coastline.

The apartment is gas central heated making it perfect for all year round.
The lounge area benefits from full width sliding doors onto a balcony with beautiful views over porthmeor beach, corner sofa, TV with DVD, Gas fire, coffee table, lamp, dining table and chairs, free WIFI and with its oak flooring and soft furnishings it makes the perfect place to relax while watching the sun set over Clodgy Point.
The bedroom has cream and oak furniture with matching double bed, bedside tables and wardrobe, long mirror, hairdryer, extra blankets and picnic set. We also provide duvet, pillows and linen
The kitchen is fully equipped for your stay including electric fan oven and electric hob, extractor, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, washer-dryer and pots, pans, crockery, tea towels, oven glove and apron.
The bathroom is fully tiled with a showerbath, basin, toilet, towel rail and ilghted cabinet with mirror.

The apartment has a balcony which is accessed from the lounge. It is glass fronted and has stunning views over Porthmeor beach and the rugged coastline. We have provided a table, chairs and parasol for those warm sunny evenings when you can dine outside watching the sun set.
We have a strictly no smoking policy in the apartments which includes the balcony.
Unfortunately we do not cater for children or pets.
We do not have parking at the apartment although there is a public car park opposite where weekly tickets can be purchased although this does not guarantee a space.
We have a Friday changeover.
Short breaks are available but we do not usually take them in the high season between June and Septemeber. For short break prices and availability please call or email us.
To book please email or phone to reserve. If we have no availability please follow the link for our website as we have another apartment which may be available. To secure a booking we require a non refundable 25% deposit, with the balance and a £50 damage deposit to be paid 6 weeks before arrival. Payments can be made by cheque or card.
Check-in time is from 4pm on the day of arrival and the apartment must be vacated by 10am on the day of departure.

Cornwall is known for its rugged coastline, beautiful beaches, quaint villages and breathtaking views. It has so much to offer whether you want an energetic holiday packed with activities or just a relaxing holiday on the beach there is sure to be something for everyone. St.Ives is a very popular seaside town on the North coast of Cornwall. With its cobbled streets, 5 beaches, coastal walks, abundance of restaurants and huge art and culture scene it is very easy to see why it is so renowned. If you love art you can't miss the Tate Gallery, Barbara Hepworth Museum and Leach pottery along with all the art galleries in the town. It has many award winning restaurants, many of them focusing on the superb range of fresh seafood that is available. If you like to relax on golden sands with a turquoise sea for your background then any of the 5 beaches are perfect for this. Alternatively if you prefer a little more sightseeing there are boat trips from the harbour or maybe a coastal walk along the rugged cliff paths. Whatever you prefer St.Ives has so much to offer, you'll be spoilt for choce.

"Beautiful apartment with good views in a great location"
We stopped here for two fabulous weeks in July. We had amazing weather which made a good holiday great. This beautiful apartment is in a good location with views over the beach sea and headland. The very thoughtful owners had thought of everything you might need and provided it - beach towels a wine cooler maps and even an emergency mobile phone. There is a long stay car park opposite the apartment which is a must for St Ives - we bought a Countywide rover ticket from St Ives library for £35 a week this enabled us to use any listed Council long stay car park in Cornwall for free and saved us quite a sum. St Ives is a wonderful holiday destination with a vibrant centre with plenty of shops and eating places, amazing coast walks - try the walk to Levant and catch the train back for a good day out. Lands End St Michaels Mount and Mousehole are all within easy reach and well worth a visit. We will definitely return for another stay.
