The ground floor accommodation comprises entrance porch, reception hallway, large lounge/dining room and fully fitted kitchen with breakfast bar.
The spacious hallway has an original timber floor and feature stained glass windows.
The lounge is ideal for relaxing, with comfortable seating including two sofas and hand built window seats. The quality wool carpet and contemporary fireplace with gas fire create a warm and cosy atmosphere after a day in the fresh sea air!
The separate dining area has a large table and chairs to comfortably seat all. A large screen T.V., DVD and CD players are provided for your entertainment.
The homely kitchen at the end of the hallway offers all the convenience and equipment required to enjoy a quick breakfast or prepare a dinner party. The kitchen door opens onto a tiled yard with bistro table and chairs. There is a large store room with sink and tiled floor, handy for the storage of surf boards and walking boots etc. The yard also has a separate W.C., hose and washing line.

The West Country / Cornwall region
The Cornish coastal path leads from the town in either direction. You can walk towards Land’s End via Zennor and enjoy rugged granite cliff scenery which has remained unchanged in centuries, or towards the often deserted sweep of golden sand at Lelant and on to Hayle Estuary which is popular with bird watchers.
A short drive away are St. Michael’s Mount and Penzance, where you can take a boat or helicopter ride to the beautiful Isles of Scilly. Further afield you can experience many other wonderful sights including the Minack Theatre and the Eden Project.
The St Ives area
St. Ives has been famous as a beach resort for many years and has been loved by artists for its natural beauty and light. From the moment you arrive you will be stunned by the panoramic views. The town has a Mediterranean feel due to its sheltered and sunny harbour yet retains its character as a Cornish fishing village with a maze of narrow cobbled streets and quaint cottages.
In recent years, with the arrival of the Tate Gallery, St. Ives has become renowned as a place to enjoy a cultural break at any time of year. There is a large choice of excellent restaurants and bars offering some of the best cuisine in the country and providing a contemporary feel to the town.
