St. Ives has a Mediterranean feel about it, with its maze of narrow streets and alleyways, crescent shaped beaches with their safe golden sands, accented by sunlight playing across the surface of an iridescent turquoise sea - all set, in the uniquely rugged granite landscape of West Penwith, with waved hewn cliff faces, prehistoric remains and the haunting ruins of the once great tin and copper mining industries, which flourished throughout the area. From the moment that you arrive in the town you are stunned by the panoramic vistas that seem to greet you on every turn. This is a place that truly has something for everyone. "Ideal for a short romantic break"

Ideally located for the centre of St Ives with all it's facilities. The Netloft offers comfortable and stylish accommodation for those wanting something different. The 'gallery bedroom' will not be for everyone particularly those who are tall or have mobility problems. Nevertheless it is a clever solution where space is limited and what is lost in conventional sleeping arrangements is gained in the spacious and comfortable open plan living space below. There are plenty of really good places to eat within a short walking distance. As an alternative the Netloft I'd well equipped and for a night in and part of the charm of the place is to eat, sit and drink while soaking up its atmosphere.

Great, we are pleased you enjoyed your stay in The Net Loft, and soaked up all that there is to see and do [and eat !] in St Ives.
Thanks again for your custom.
Regards,

Tim & Karen

Great, we are very pleased you liked both the location and The Net Loft itself and all the facilities therein. You are so right when you say it has great walks very close by ! Thanks again for your custom.
Best regards,
Tim & Karen

"Lovely spacious studio flat in a great location for town and beaches."

We had a very good week in the Net Loft. The flat was well-equipped and comfortable, and was more spacious than we had expected. Although it is just off busy Fore Street, in the heart of the picturesque old part of St Ives, it was very quiet. It is also only about 4 minutes away from Porthmeor beach for surfing. Thoroughly recommended.

Great, we are so pleased that you had good time. Best regards Tim & Karen

"Amazing place, beautiful location. Didn't want to leave!"

We loved it here and want to come back. Had never visited St Ives before so didn't know the situation re parking etc that's the only reason for the 'average' mark on accessing the property as we did drive around quite a bit on arrival looking for the Island car park. But now we know so wouldn't have that next time!

Great - we are really pleased you had an enjoyable holiday - thanks again for your custom - Tim & Karen

"Characterful Property, Perfect Location"

My Partner and I stayed at the Net Loft for 3 nights in October 2012. The location couldn't be better, situated just behind the harbour front, it is a perfect base for exploring the whole of St Ives. We parked the car the day we arrived and left it there until we departed, a car isn't needed in the town. The accommodation was comfortable, spotlessly clean and very well equipped. It has all the usual home comforts including a huge tv and broadband, although we didn't use either much as there is so much to do and see in the town.
It is worth mentioning that the Net Loft may not be suitable to those with walking difficulties as it has a steep staircase entering the property. Also, the bedroom doesn't have full head height, so you sort of crawl in, but this is all part of the Loft's character, if you were concerned by this, that there is a new sofa bed situated in the living room which could be used instead.
We will certainly be returning in the future, the owners (Tim and Karen) were very helpful, responding to enquiries quickly and seemed genuinely concerned that we have a good visit.

Great - we are pleased you had a great time ! Tim & Karen
PS We know you meant your stay in March 2012 !
