Utility room: situated on the ground floor with washer/dryer, work top and sink which is ideal when coming back from the beach. Outside: large balcony off the kitchen with table, chairs and elevated far-reaching countryside views, perfect for breakfast or an evening glass of wine. Large private lawn garden with wooden furniture and countryside views. Amenities: ample parking. Bed linen, electric and central heating included. Regret no smoking or pets. Location: beaches at Hayle 2 miles, Gwithian 5 miles, shop 0.5 miles, pub 2 miles, restaurant 2.5 miles.
