About the home

A comfortable 3 bedroom holiday home, set within the grounds of an old Cornish Manor, and just one mile from Hayle Towans beach. Ideal holiday destination for families.

Park facilities are available for free. The facilities on offer at the park include a heated indoor pool, sauna , tennis and squash courts, club house, childrens' club, shop and laundrette. Accommodation suitable for 1 or 2 families.

Cot, highchair and stairgate available on request at no extra charge. Cot linen is not provided for hygiene reasons.

The park facilities, including Wi-fi, are available from Mid-March through until end of October.

Deposit payment:
A non refundable deposit of 25% of the total cost is required to secure a booking. The final balance is then due 8 weeks before the letting date. There is also a £100 returnable deposit against excess cleaning, damages and keys.
Sorry we do not accept pets or smoking in the property.
We regret no all male, all female or mixed sex groups under the age of 25 years are permitted. It is a family orientated park.
Property is available for winter let, from November until mid March.

The West Country / Cornwall region

Cornwall is well known for its' beautiful coast line, and being a perfect holiday destination. It is well suited to families, walkers, cyclists and nature lovers. Cornwall has an abundance of attractions and areas of natural beauty to visit. To mention a few...Lands End, St Ives, The Minack Theatre, The Eden Project, Gweek Seal Sanctuary, Goonhilly Earth Station, Paradise Park and Flambards Theme Park.
Festivals held in the locality are Helston Flora Day on May 8th, Obby Oss at Padstow on May 1st and Mazey Day at Penzance in June.

The St Ives / Hayle area

Hayle is a small friendly town, which caters well for all of your needs. It has a number of supermarkets, a wide range of restaurants, hairdressers, bakeries, ice cream parlour and a laundrette.

“A lovely cosy cottage, perfect for all types of parties.” Myself and 5 others stayed here for 3 nights over the new year period. It was extremely comfortable, nice bedrooms, large family bathroom and shower room, a cosy lounge area and nice kitchen. There were comolimentary drinks, tea bags, milk, chocolate, biscuits.. All needed after a long drive down. Close to town and short taxi ride to st ives which was fabulous at new year! We are all mid 20's and was the perfect space for socialising but also very nice for families.
