You can walk into town in around 30 minutes along the beautiful coastal path, or access the town by car or by train. The apartment is also in a great location for local amenities which include a supermarket, chemist, post-office, & leisure facilities.

The apartment comes with it's own private enclosed garden with patio and decked terrace with sea views perfect for alfresco dining. There is also a large beautifully maintained shared garden which has a private pathway which leads on to the main coastal path which can take you down to the beach in a few minutes or in the other direction to St Ives town.
There is also a bike store for storing your bicycles or surf boards if needed. Your own allocated car parking space.

Conditions
A non refundable 1/3rd deposit is required to secure a booking, with the balance payable eight weeks prior to the commencement date of your holiday. Preferred payment is via BACs transfer or by internet banking. A cheque is also acceptable.
The apartment will be available from 3pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10am at the very latest on the day of departure.
It may sometimes be possible to arrange alternative times, please contact the owner for details.
Please note that holiday cancellation insurance is NOT included and is the responsibility of the guest. We can provide you with contact details of a local company who can provide this service for you.
Only the number of guests stated on the booking form will be allowed to stay in the property, unless otherwise agreed by the owners.
Please note that we operate at our discretion a fully refundable damage deposit of £100 subject to a satisfactory property inspection.

The area provides the best surfing in England, with towns like Newquay, Bude and Croyde filling with enthusiasts every year. There is excellent walking on Bodmin Moor, domain of the legendary beast, and the coastline is wild and beautiful.
The St Ives / Carbis Bay area
Carbis Bay is less than 2 miles away from the historic town of St Ives. Re-nowed for it's cosmopolitan mix of restaurants, cafes, pubs, and art galleries. Not to mention it's lovely cobbled streets filled with a wide variety of shops and boutiques. There is always lots to do and see. So if you are simply looking for a relaxing week on one of the many wonderful beaches or an energetic mix of surfing, walking, playing golf or diving there is plenty for you to choose from.

By Car
Carbis Bay is on the south west tip of England. Use the motorway network to travel south west and join the M5 southbound to Exeter, from Exeter take the A30 towards Penzance. At Hayle leave the A30 and follow the signs to St Ives and Carbis Bay.
By Train
The nearest national rail network station is St Erth change trains at St Erth to Carbis Bay station located on the St Ives branch line. Alternatively the Apartment is a 5 mile taxi ride from St Erth.
