The apartment has solid under floor wooden flooring throughout.

Take a 10 minute stroll down the path at the bottom of the garden to visit Carbis Bay beach. There is a large Tesco supermarket approximately one mile up the road, and visitors can walk into St Ives along the coastal path.

The spacious lounge, dining room and handmade kitchen is 7 by 5 metres. In the lounge, there are two large leather sofas, solid oak coffee tables, ipod docking station, 42" LCD TV with DVD. We have left guide books and maps for you to explore Cornwall.
There are two sets of French doors off the open plan living area leading to the spacious wooden decked balcony which measures 6.5 by 3 metres.
The kitchen has been handmade in Cornwall and is solid wood with soft close drawers and a belfast sink. The kitchen is fully equipped with quality appliances including double electric oven and hob, Smeg' style fridge/freezer, dishwasher and microwave. There is a high chair available.
The master bedroom has a king size solid oak bed with matching bedside units, chest of drawers and cupboard. There is a wall mounted LCD TV with DVD player, as well as touch sensitive bedside lights. The bay window looks out to the side of the property.
The second bedroom has two single beds but can be converted into a 5ft double at your advance request. There is a wall mounted LCD TV with DVD player, touch sensitive bedside light, chest of drawers, soft close built in cupboard and a window looking out to the side of the property. There is a travel cot and changing mat available.
The bathroom is fully tiled with contemporary fittings, including a double ended bath with central taps, hand-held shower attachment as well as a large 'drencher' over bath shower, WC, heated ladder radiator and a wash hand basin with soft close drawer storage underneath.

With spectacular sea views taking in Godrevy lighthouse, Carbis Bay and beyond, this is the perfect place to relax. Enjoy eating outdoors at the 6 seater rattan dining table, relaxing in the evening with a glass of wine or just taking in the stunning view.
Communal Garden :
The property boats a large communal garden, and includes a set of table and chairs. The garden is accessible by only 9 apartments, so it very quiet. From the rear of the garden, there is a path which leads directly down to Carbis Bay beach. The path links with the coastal path, which makes a beautiful walk to either St Ives or Hayle Sands

Places to Visit:
The cliff side open air Minack theatre at Porthcurno. Explore it during the day or enjoy a performance in the evening during the summer months.
St Michaels Mount is a castle topped isle just off the coast at Marazion. Depending on the tide, you could walk out across granite causeway or take the boat at high tide.
Tintagel castle, said to be the birth place of King Arthur, has dramatic cliff top views, fascinating ruins as well as a beach cafe with stunning views; makes for a great day out.
Head to the end of Great Britain by visiting Lands End for spectacular views of the Atlantic ocean.
The Eden project dubbed the 'Eighth Wonder of the World' is a dramatic global garden housed in tropical biomes. Visit a rain forest, desert and enjoy a fun family day out.
Spend the day on the beautiful, mile-long sandy beach at Carbis Bay. It is one of Cornwall's finest and lies in a sheltered location. It is a 10 minute walk from the apartment and has a cafe, shop and toilets.
Other beaches include the four beaches in St Ives as well as the fine golden beach at Hayle Sands where you could take a surf lesson, learn to land speed sail or spend the day sunbathing and swimming.
Visit Hayle estuary to enjoy bird watching or walk along the coastal path to enjoy dramatic cliff top scenery.
There is always plenty to do - enjoy a round of golf at the West Cornwall golf club, travel on the scenic railway to St Ives, visit the Tate gallery or head out to sea to spot the Atlantic grey seals and dolphins. Enjoy fishing, sailing, horse riding, cycling and surfing.
Enjoy the local Cornish delicacies including; freshly caught crab, cornish pasties, stargazy pie, clotted cream teas, cornish home-made fudge and ice cream as well as the locally brewed St Austell Beer and Cornish scrumpy cider.
