Holiday accommodation available in Phillack just outside Hayle, close to the amazing St Ives Bay beaches! (TR27 5AE)

This Victorian groundfloor maisonette is in a perfect location, in walking distance of the 3 mile long golden sands of St Ives Bay, and to the shops and restaurants of Hayle! The property provides spacious, homely accommodation with everything you need including a fully equipped kitchen, washing machine and drier, internet, off road parking space, a lawned garden and a sunny patio (with gas bbq). Amazing food is served in the quiet pub in the villlage as well. Bedding will be provided unless otherwise requested but please bring your own towels.

During school holidays there are two bedrooms, one double and one twin ideal for a family or couple. Weekly bookings are available with a Saturday changeover. (Sleeps 4)

The rest of the season (April - Nov) the property is available with one double bedroom ideal for a couple and is flexible for shorter stays. (Sleeps 2)

Pets (max 2 dogs)

Well behaved dogs are very welcome to stay! The closest section of the beach, a ten minute walk across the Towans, allows dogs all year. Please provide details of any pets you would like to bring in your booking request.

The property will be ready from 3pm on the first day of a booking and should be vacated by 11am at the end of the stay unless prior arrangements are made at the time of booking.

We are quite flexible outside the school holidays so send an enquiry if you are not able to book from the pricing/dates table provided.
