This is an old, character building and the flat retains many original features. The main living area is open to the ceiling to take in much light and the bedroom has a limited sea-view.

The kitchen has a traditional feel with a belfast sink and pine dresser and it is well equipped with gas cooker, fridge-freezer, washing machine, microwave. It has a driftwood dining table and six antique chairs.

The open plan living area is bright, spacious, open to the rafters with two sash windows to the front overlooking Porthmeor Beach Road. There is a traditional feature fireplace, original wood flooring and St. Ives paintings. It also has two leather three-seater sofas, TV with DVD and CD player and FreeSat box.

The double bedroom has drawers, a bedside cabinet and wall hooks. It also has a sea view.

The twin bedroom has two singles beds and an additional pull-out bed. It also has a wardrobe and bedside table. There is a sash window overlooking Porthmeor Beach Road and a travel cot available.

"well equiped"

had everything you need, home from home, well positioned for the beach and shops. Would recommend this flat. I would go there again. Sea view out of livingroom and bedroom..… More

"A haven by the sea!"

We were in flat 3 which was absolutely blissful. I booked it as a surprise for my boyfriend's 30th birthday, he hadn't been to Cornwall before and we were working on quite a tight budget and he couldn't believe we were in such a wonderful cottage, location, and town!

We could see the sea from our bedroom window, had a cosy sitting rooom for when the rain poured and were metres from the beach for running around the corner without shoes on before breakfast. It had everything we needed and although it was just the 2 of us, we could have had friends or a whole family there.

Loved the box of spades and frisbees ready for action on the beach, and Tim and Rebecca were fantastic for every stage of sorting out the holiday. I can't recommend this highly enough! (the code on the door and key in a code safe meant we could arrive at 11pm without being a problem to anyone, and was a massive asset!)

"Lovely apartment, in a great location with everything you could need to enjoy St. Ives!"

The apartment is in a great location for exploring St. Ives, just as described and is very well appointed. A few seconds walk behind the apartment, you are on the beautiful Porthmeor beach perfect for surfing and bodyboarding and few minutes further away is Porthminster beach ideal for swimming. The harbour, Tate, shopping and restaurant areas are all very close, and there are very pretty walks around.
The apartment itself is really lovely, very clean and has everything you could need- it's clear a lot of thought has gone into it. There's a really well equipped kitchen, and lovely decor.
We found the parking easy to find and didn't struggle to get a slot perhaps as we stayed in March, out of peak season. Would love to stay again, and would definitely recommend. Really hope to stay again!
