The apartment has two large double bedrooms; the master comes with an en suite wet room and a super king size bed. The second bedroom also has a super king size bed, but also giving the option of two singles. All with Egyptian cotton bedding and goose down duvets.

The family bathroom is fitted with a larger than average bath including a power shower. The extremely spacious open planned lounge and kitchen area is fully integrated and boasts high spec. modern appliances. The room includes a 42" LED TV, DVD & Bose sound system for use with an iPod, iphone Doc or PC. A Wii games console is also included to keep the children amused. Wifi connection is also available.

The electric curtains open through bi-fold doors onto the decked terrace garden area with gas Barbecue, which overlooks both the ocean and St Ives Bay. An outdoor shower area is also included with a changing and hanging dry area for wet suits and surfboards, etc.

*The cot is a travel cot.

Private car parking for up to four cars is positioned on the front of the property on a private driveway.

Walk off of the decking area and within under a minute you will be on the 3 mile stretch of golden sands of Rivierre Sands beach (St Ives Bay). The beach has life guards on duty, a safe bathing area and a coffee shop on the entrance to the beach.

One mile away is the vibrant town of Hayle, with great shops, restaurants and excellent transport links to St Ives. There is a regular train which takes only 10mins to St Ives or take a short 15-minute trip in the car.

The apartment is also a short walk from a local store selling fresh bread, croissants, tea, coffee, etc. or perhaps a bottle of wine to be enjoyed on the terrace while watching the sun disappear over the horizon. For the more outgoing, a minutes walk will take you to the Bluff pub which provides amazing views of the ocean at St Ives Bay and serves food daily including weekend roasts, drinks and a children's play area. If you are staying over the new year, the resort of St. Ives has a fantastic street/New years eve fancy dress party, which can be enjoyed by all, and should you want advice on booking restaurants etc before your stay we would be more than happy to help.

A deposit of 20% of the total price is required to secure the property and the balance is due six weeks before the holiday start date.

A refundable breakages deposit of £100 is required with your final payment. This will be refunded within two weeks of your holiday departure (subject to satisfactory property inspection).

For bookings arriving within 6 weeks, payment must be made in full at the time of booking.

Only Saturday to Saturday bookings are accepted between March and October.

Short breaks (min 2 nights) are accepted between October and March or at late notice outside these periods.

3 night breaks are calculated at 60% of the weekly rate, 4 nights - 70%, 5 nights - 80%, 6 nights - 90%.

Short breaks not accepted during peak weeks unless at short notice.

Why not try a weekend break out of season: weekly rate £400 so you pay £240 for the weekend (3 nights).

The West Country region

Cornwall is at the tip of the south western peninsula of Great Britain. It is bordered to the north and west by the Atlantic Ocean and to the south by the English channel. The area is known for its extensive varied coastline, wild moorland landscapes, the mild climate and over 165 beaches. There are many places of interest in Cornwall owned by the National Trust; some being of historic importance and outstanding beauty.

St Ives

The area known as Riviere Towans is situated in Phillack, a village just 4 miles from St. Ives. The property is a 2 minute walk from the 3 mile stretch of beach. The nearby area known as Godrevy is owned by the National Trust and is a place of natural beauty with it's lovely views around the bay. St.Ives is just a short drive away.

St. Ives is an all year round tourist destination, with its cobbled streets, granite cottages and alleyways that surround its sandy beach harbour. It is known for its quality of light and is an artist's paradise and has its own Tate gallery. Fishing boats come and go and you can see the fishermen unload their catch on the quayside. St Ives also has 4 glorious beaches and is a host to some very good restaurants.

The West Cornwall golf course is a 10 minute drive away to Lelant. The town of Hayle has a skate park

situated at the recreation ground which also has tennis courts and a children's play area. In August, the town hosts the Haylefeast festival that runs for a week.

"Truely amazing!!!"

What a great appartment for a young family, with bi folding doors that open up to a large balcony with spectacular views of the sea.
Positioned in a prime location within a couple of minute's walk to the beach, and local ammenities.
Great for visiting local attractions with being just a short drive away.

"Super, spacious apartment with beach view"

Well situated and minutes from the coastal path and large beach. Godrevy was our favourite beach as our our 14 year old son loves body boarding as do we! Stayed in first floor apartment and loved the views from the balcony and the open plan living. Tracey was very helpful in booking and prompt to reply to any queries before we arrived.Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to return in 2014.

"Luxury accommodation a stone's throw from the beach"

No expense has been spared in the furnishing of this truly de-luxe apartment. We particularly appreciated the super king-size beds (aah luxury), the widescreen tv (great for a rainy day) and the Wi-Fi connection (invaluable). Hayle's glorious - and mostly deserted - three mile beach was just a gentle stroll away, and other beaches in the west of Cornwall were easily accessible by car. We liked Lamorna and St. Mawes but everyone will have their personal favourite.

The owner's representatives were extremely helpful from start to finish and the guest book in the property gave lots of useful info about the area. We followed one recommendation about The Bucket of Blood - the local pub and eating place - and were glad we did. The food was great and the portions massive.

We had a great time and would definitely recommend this property to others. We want to go back - soon!!
