DESIGNED FOR TWO PEOPLE... WHY PAY EXTRA FOR MORE

This spacious and luxurious one bedroom second floor apartment forms part of a small modern development only a few minutes walk from the harbour at the heart of St Ives.

From the glass balcony there are far reaching views across the bay. The up to date quality interior has a contemporary fully fitted kitchen/dining area incorporating an integrated oven, hob, fridge, freezer and washing machine. A comfortable lounge has a 32” LCD TV, DVD player, hi-fi with ipod connection and access to the balcony. The bedroom provides a restful space with double bed and solid oak furniture. Last but by no means least, the attractive bathroom has a shower over the bath, glass shower screen and is fully tiled to a high standard. Other features include full gas central heating, double glazing, Wi-Fi and quality furnishings throughout. Sumptuous bedding and towels help to make your stay a luxurious experience.

Like most properties close to the centre of St Ives, the apartment does not have parking, but there are lots of car parks close by and we keep our prices slightly lower to allow for the parking charges, which are about £35 per week.

Bookings are generally for 7 days with change over being Saturday. Shorter term lets are considered at less busy times of the year.

Bedding, bath towels and hand towels are provided. Please bring your own beach towels.

St Ives

St Ives has been voted one of the most beautiful bays in the world and boasts four of Cornwall’s finest golden sandy beaches. These include the famous surfing beach, Porthmeor, overlooked by the Tate Gallery. The town offers a host of leisure pursuits including surfing, water sports, a leisure centre with indoor swimming pool, a golf course at the Tregenna Castle hotel and the challenging West Cornwall golf club at Lelant as well as delightful coastal walks.

St Ives is full of history, art and amongst the cobbled streets, a superb selection of restaurants, cafes and pubs. It has developed a very cosmopolitan feel together with an art and culture scene with many studios and galleries which act as a magnet for visitors from all over the world.

With the influence of the Gulf Stream, this part of the UK enjoys a unique micro climate. St Ives has won the “Britain In Bloom” competition many timesand there is a blaze of colour all around the town. Take a leisurely walk along the coastal footpath, perhaps to Carbis Bay and further to Lelant, with the opportunity to return by train along one of the most scenic railways in the UK.
