No7 Fernhill is part of a superbly renovated 9 apartment complex. And has recently been awarded 5 * Gold by Visit England 2013. Whilst situated in peaceful, secluded, grounds the apartment has the benefit of access to the white sands of Carbis Bay for water sports, sunbathing and beautiful coastal walks.
There is easy access to St Ives by car, regular train and bus services or alternatively take the 40 minute picturesque coastal walk.The vibrant fishing town of St Ives has atmospheric cobble streets lined with unique shops, cosy pubs and some of the best restraunts to be found in Cornwall.
Within 5 miles there are two 18 hole golf courses, surfing beaches providing a range of watersports, riding stables etc.
Internally the apartment is luxuriously furnished and contains everything a couple or family could need to make them comfortable for short, or long, breaks by the sea.
A welcome pack of local Cornish products are provided to get you started and other amenities such as high chairs/cots can be provided on request.
For entertainment there is a 42' plasma TV with DVD player/i-pod docking station and a selection of DVDs, games and books. From September 2011 high speed Broadband is available in No7 which will provide guests with the opportunity to have internet access during their stay.
The bespoke designed studio kitchen-lounge is fully equiped with cooker, fridge, washer drier, dishwasher, cutelry and china crockery, ironing board/iron, bed settee (bedding not provided) and tastefully contributes to the 5 star feel of the apartment.
In the bedroom (bedding provided) there is a 32' plasma TV with DVD, hair drier, straighteners and ample storage space.
The modern bathroom lies between the kitchen area and bedroom to give the apartment a spacious feel. Towels and some toileteries are provided in the bathroom which has both shower and bath facilities.
There is a designated parking space and small dogs are welcome by agreement.

There is a shared garden with seating area for your use. There is also a bike store and we also offer bike hire There is a link from private path from garden to link up to walk straight down to Carbis Bay award winning beach or you can take a left and do the coastal walk into St Ives and come out on the beautful Porthminister beach where you will find the award winning Porthminister cafe - one of the best restaurants in St Ives. There is a reserved car parking space immediately in front of apartments. Access to the apartment is via a small flight of stairs. Tescos is five minute walk from apartment and the train station is also five minutes away . You could enjoy this holiday without a car as there are frequent train and bus services to St Ives and Penzance. A taxi ride to St Ives costs approximately £5.00 and the short walk takes 30 minutes.
This apartment is perfect for a relaxing/romantic break for a couple or it could be used for a family of four. Pets are welcome at our discretion and there is a £25 a week charge for a pet.
There is a non refundable 25% deposit and balance payable eight weeks prior to the commencement of the letting period booked. Accommodation is available 3.30pm onwards but if youd like to ring before arrival if apartment is empty and ready for letting I will arrange to meet you and give you the keys earlier it is peace of mind for you as any probs would be promptly resolved as we live next door to the apartments so are always on hand to help you. Only the number of guests stated at the time of booking will be allowed to stay in the property, unless otherwise agreed by the owners.Fernhill Apartments reserves the rights to refuse entry to the entire party if this condition is not observed.

St Ives is a five minute car ride from Carbis Bay where you will find a beautiful harbour lined with lots of choices of different restaurants and cobbled streets with lots of shops of interest . We also have the Leach pottery , Barbara Hepworth Gallery and the Tate Gallery. St Ives is surrounded by lots of beautiful white sandy beaches. There is something here for everyone young or old. Once people have visited this special place they come back time and time again.

The m5 and m6 south bound lead to the west country
From exeter you can take either holiday routes , theres the A30 and the A38
The A30 takes you across Bodmin Moor while the A38 will lead you into cornwall across the Tamar Bridge in Plymouth.
Some people take the train to St Erth and change to come into St Ives but i suggest get off at St Erth and take a taxi to apartments it would probably cost about £6.00
